Broccoli in the oven: options for baking sauces

Broccoli in sour cream

First you need to prepare the cabbage itself. To do this, the bottom is cut off (it immediately falls apart into separate inflorescences), the leaves are cut off and the darkness is cut off, if any. The recipe is curious because it is not necessary to boil before preparing the inflorescence, but they do not fit into the oven at once. Broccoli, washed and disassembled, poured with olive oil (2 medium heads a couple of spoons), sprinkled with pepper, salt and crushed garlic. For an even distribution, the contents of the bowl are mixed and left for ten minutes for marinating. Then cabbage along with the sauce is put on a baking sheet and put on the stove for 15 minutes. When the broccoli in the oven comes to readiness, it is spread in a salad bowl or plates, sprinkled with lemon and immediately eaten - it tastes better than hot.

Casserole with bacon

You can cook more than one broccoli in the oven, and complement it with something else interesting. For such a casserole, fresh cabbage must be boiled and drained again. If you bought frozen, this step can be omitted. Broccoli, slices of bacon and leeks, cut into rings, are placed in the pan where the dish will be prepared. Grams for 600 cabbage will be enough for 120 g of bacon. In the bowl, whisk 3 eggs with a piece of grated cheese (parmesan is recommended, but variations are possible), chopped parsley, ground muscat, sea salt and a mixture of peppers. There, half a liter of milk is poured in; The sauce is blended and poured onto the inflorescence with bacon. Prepared in this way, broccoli cabbage in the oven will spend half an hour, maybe a little more - until it gets a beautiful and mouth-watering color. To eat a casserole it is necessary hot.
