  1. Take pork ribs, carefully wash them, then dry them with a paper towel. If the ribs were bought entirely, then they need to be cut into separate parts. Often the pork ribs are too much fat. Do not be afraid to get rid of it. Excessive fat content will only harm the taste of the dish itself. But also do not do too lean pieces.
  2. Frying pan fry well, pour a few tablespoons of vegetable oil. When the oil warms up well (and this can be checked with a drop of water - if after adding water, the oil splashes like a fountain, then you can start the next cooking), put the fins on the frying pan. Do not cover the lid, you need to fry them on high heat from all sides.

Note! Salt and pepper raw meat is not worth it, since these seasonings can impart rigidity.

  1. In a separate frying pan, you also need to heat several spoons of vegetable oil. The onions and carrots will be fried here.
  2. Carrots and onion peeled. Cut everything in rings and send it to the roast.
  3. Heat the oven to 200 degrees.
