Rhetorical treatment as oratory

Under the rhetoric is meant the theory of prose or argumentation. In ancient Greece, this word was understood as oratorical art - a beautiful syllable. Subsequently, the meaning of rhetoric somewhat expanded. But, nevertheless, interest in this science has not disappeared, but only increased. Rhetoric studies the rules of eloquence, the correct construction of speech. Thanks to philological discipline, a person can formulate a rhetorical appeal of any genre. This science is extremely necessary for political figures, business people, leading and all those whose profession is directly connected with communication.

Thus, correctly delivered speech is the main "tool" for creating the status of a business person, i.e. Design, self-presentation of his individual image for competitors. Structured and courteous appeal to the audience guarantees half the success and brings satisfaction from a kind of activity. After all, harmonious communication is always based on observance of tactfulness, ethical norms, justice, delicacy and certainty.

Intelligent speech is an inner culture, tolerance and humanity towards people, which is invariably reflected in behavior and manifested in utterances. Rhetorical treatment is very often found in monologues. The main thing in such treatment is not written text, but the desire to express the essence of the subject, enhancing the expressiveness of the statement. Rhetorical treatment does not carry any question and does not require a response.

For example, a deputy in circulation to voters always uses various turns of speech, which strengthen the expressiveness of words. That is, the use of exclamatory or interrogative intonation gives the phrases an underlined hue. It is such a peculiar form of verbal revolutions that are perceived by others more quickly, attracts the attention of the addressee. This method of expressiveness is often used in the performance of activities, targeting employees to achieve specific tasks.

Rhetorical treatment can be in oral and written form. Oral form includes a report, an information presentation, a welcome speech, a commercial and an advertising speech. To written types of communication can include service documentation: orders, reports, correspondence, etc.

Of course, oral speech is more prevalent in our life , which is why it is considered the leading one. The main advantage over a written monologue is the immediacy. This is an important criterion for the rapid rhythm of the language.

Speech activity is the most important process for the materialization of our thoughts in a word. Before you start rhetorical treatment, you should think over the language structuring: pick words, phrases, intonation.

Distinctive indicators of correct rhetorical speech: precise pronunciation, non - verbal means, expressiveness, accuracy in utterances, structural and logical construction of words. If the listed aspects are preserved, then all information coming from the speaker will be perceived easily and quickly. The process of the colloquial genre is complex enough, the speaker must have a variety of communicative purposes. Speaker before the public should be properly prepared for the speech, otherwise it may turn out to be too dry or on the contrary uninhibited text.

If there is no language automatism, then the speaker observes intermittent speech: words and syllables are repeated, long stops appear, the intonation constantly changes, the rhythm is lost.

All these manifestations of incorrect speech often reflect a lack of assortment, excitement in the complication of utterances. In the process of public speaking, mental excitement must hide, and all external manifestations are skillfully suppressed by the speaker. Slurred speech, of course, is perceived much worse, the audience is "lost". Therefore, rhetorical treatment is an important communicative skill on which the success of business communication directly depends.
