Recipe: pie with plums - puff, grated and inverted

Home pies are all fond of, especially if they are sweet. The filling can be with jam, condensed milk, jam or fresh fruit. Plum pie is the favorite pastry of many housewives and their homemakers, especially in summer, when the "plum season" begins. In winter, canned fruits can be used instead of fresh ones. Bake everything in different ways - everyone has his own recipe. The pie with plums still gets delicious, thanks to its sour-sweet filling. Such baking can be safely put on a festive table, serve breakfast with tea or bring to work colleagues: indifferent will not remain.

The first recipe: a pie with plums (inverted)

To make such a batch, you will need:

  • 500 g of plums (fresh);
  • 1.5 cups (300 g) of sugar;
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar;
  • 2 pcs. Eggs;
  • 70 ml of whole milk;
  • 150 g of butter (cream);
  • 200 g of flour (w / c);
  • 2 tablespoons (tea) baking powder.

How to make a pie with a plum: a recipe for cooking

  1. Rub eggs with sugar (take half of what is required by prescription) and vanillin, add previously softened butter. Do not put everything: 20 g will be needed later, put it aside.
  2. Mix the flour with baking powder, add the mixture to the eggs and beat with a mixer.
  3. Prepare the plums. Rinse, get the bones, each split in half.
  4. In a frying pan (or other suitable for baking dishes) melt the deferred portion of oil, pour out the sugar there and stir it with a spatula until it is seasoned.
  5. When you get the right consistency, place the plums with the cut part down. Top with pour batter.
  6. Send the cake to the oven for 40 minutes. The baking temperature is 180 degrees. When it cools down, turn the shape over and put the cake on the dish.

The second recipe: pie with plums grated

Set of products for pie:

  • 300 g of wheat flour (w / c);
  • 0.2 kg of sugar (refined);
  • 2 eggs;
  • 125 g of oil;
  • 10 pieces. Fresh plums;
  • Cinnamon (if desired, put in the filling).

Description of work

  1. Make a mixture of flour, sugar and salt.
  2. Add the butter (cut into cubes or grate).
  3. Add the eggs by carefully stirring the mixture.
  4. Knead the dough, shape the ball, wrap it in a food film and send it to the refrigerator (for an hour).
  5. Preparing the filling. Peeled plums cut into small longitudinal slices, pour sugar and cinnamon.
  6. "Rest" dough cut into 2 different parts: one, more, lay on the bottom of the baking dish. On it lay the plums and close them with grated grated portion of the dough.
  7. Bake for 40-45 minutes at 180 degrees.

That's the whole recipe. The pie with plums in this case turns out to be golden in color, with a soft dough, a crispy top and a spicy-acid filling - an amazing combination!

Recipe III: puff cake with plum (open)

What you need to cook a puff plum cake :

  • Dough puff pastry - 0,5 kg;
  • Oil - 80 g;
  • Fresh plums - 0,7 kg;
  • Sugar (refined) - 300 g;
  • Whole milk - 150 ml;
  • Semolina - 3 tablespoons (table).

The dough can be prepared independently, but the semi-finished product from the store will not be worse (the main thing is to find out how to choose it correctly). In addition, the purchased dough will save a lot of time.

Process description

  1. Make a layer of dough. Put it on the bottom of the baking dish, pre-sprinkled with a mango. From the edges of the formation, form the sides, then sprinkle the outer surface with a grain.
  2. Wash the plums, cut into halves, remove the bones.
  3. In a saucepan on fire, melt the butter, add sugar and cook, stirring.
  4. When it starts to thicken, add hot milk. Stirring to cook until a uniform consistency is obtained.
  5. The resulting cream to fill the plums.
  6. Pour the cake into the oven for 50 minutes. The oven at 180 degrees.
