In this emergency situation, a cupcake comes to the aid, which is prepared very quickly and always turns out to be "excellent". How to bake a cake with raisins? Yes, it's very simple! The cake is quite original and is not very complicated in preparation, and its presence on the table always creates a cozy, homely and mute festive atmosphere.

For this we need:

  • Sugar - 200 grams;
  • Raisins - 1 tbsp;
  • Flour - 250 grams;
  • Egg - 1 piece;
  • Baking powder - 1 packet;
  • Walnuts (grind) - 1 tbsp;
  • Juice from a lemon - ½ tsp;
  • Small apples of any sort - 3 pcs;
  • Butter (soft) - 30 g;
  • Hazelnut or almonds (grind) - 1 tbsp;
  • Lemon peel (grind) - 1/3 tsp;
  • Salt - pinch.

On the sprinkle:

  • Cinnamon ground;
  • Powdered sugar 3-4 tablespoons.

So, we start to prepare a cake with raisins. But in addition to raisins, we will add nuts and apples to it, making it even more delicious and original, and at the expense of apples it is much juicier.

Apples are peeled and grated, then sprinkle a little sugar and let stand until juice is released. The flour must be sifted through a sieve together with baking powder, in order for it to be saturated with oxygen.

We melt the butter to a soft state, add salt, nuts, raisins, lemon zest with juice and juice squeezed from apples, mix everything well with sifted flour.

Separately carefully whisk rub the egg with sugar and add to a slightly warm mixture of oils, nuts, raisins and flour. It turns out a liquid dough, which looks like a dough for pancakes by the consistency, we connect it with the squeezed apples. Again, everything is well mixed.

Forms for cupcakes are quite a lot. Someone prefers to bake them in large metal forms, someone prefers small portions of silicone. In this case, there is no need to lubricate the silicone containers, the prepared cake with raisins is removed without difficulty. If you have a metallic form, then it must be oiled, and then sprinkled with flour on top.


Convenient option are paper molds, which are even easier - they do not need to be lubricated or washed.

When preparing a cupcake with raisins and nuts in one large form, it gets more festive look.

We fill the finished mass with a mold and put it into a pre-moderately warmed-up oven.

We bake a cake with raisins for thirty minutes.

When the cupcake is ready, we cool it a little, but so that it remains warm, we get out of the mold, we lubricate with oil, you can sprinkle cinnamon and powdered sugar on top.

And you can finish the cake with raisins as a final chord to pour sugar icing or chocolate, it already depends on personal taste and free time.

To prepare the glaze you will need:

  • Milk - 3 tbsp. Spoons;
  • Pinch of vanillin;
  • Butter (soft) - 0.5 tbsp. Spoons;
  • Sugar - 1 glass.

Stir all the ingredients and cook for 5 minutes until creamy on low heat. Slightly cooled glaze water the top of the cake. If desired, you can decorate the glaze over the glaze fruit cake, chocolate, nuts.
