Pasta with shrimps - the recipe is simple, but the taste will please!

And what associations come to mind when you think about the kitchen? Of course, pizza, lasagna risotto, wine, panna cotta for dessert, and the leader of this list is pasta. Of course, pasta in various forms is loved all over the world, in Asia rice and corn noodles, in Russia pasta from wheat or egg noodles.

However, there are more than a hundred kinds of pasta, which is why the question of where the product is more popular is lost by itself. Familiar for many have become spaghetti, fetuchini, tagliatelle and gnocchi. The peculiarity of Italian pasta is the use in its manufacture of only solid varieties of wheat, contrary to popular belief, it does not harm the figure. The latter, however, does not apply to the numerous additives and sauces used in its preparation. The recipes of paste are mass, among them with bolognese sauce, pesto, beshamel, with mushrooms and truffles, seafood and ham. Probably, only parmesan cheese remains unchanged with any method of preparing it.

Pasta with shrimps, the recipe of which came to us, of course, from Italy - a delicious dish, experimenting, you can get several versions of it. Preparation does not take a lot of time and effort. Pasta with shrimps, the recipe of which can be considered one of the basic, will not be a shame to give unexpectedly arrived guests. So, the variations on the theme:

Pasta with shrimps, recipe number 1

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • 400 grams of pasta;
  • 750 grams of peeled shrimp;
  • 150 ml chicken broth (water);
  • 1 tsp. Lemon peel;
  • 100 ml of lemon juice;
  • Assorted cheeses: 200 grams of Philadelphia, 50 grams of Parmesan cheese; 100 grams of mozzarella;
  • 1 sprig of parsley.

Spaghetti is boiled in salted water, approximately 3 minutes before its availability, adding prawns, after which the water merges.

To prepare the sauce in a frying pan, add broth, lemon juice, add Philadelphia, a pinch of pepper and lemon zest. The mixture is cooked for 5 minutes (approximate time of cheese dissolution), after which it is necessary to add the paste and stir. The dish is ready.

Pasta is laid out on plates, sprinkled with Parmesan, mozzarella and finely chopped parsley, then kept under the lid for 3 minutes.

Pasta with shrimps and tomatoes, recipe number 2

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • 400 grams of pasta;
  • 750 grams of peeled large shrimps (as an alternative - a mixture of shrimp and mussels);
  • 200 grams of tomatoes (if possible, use cherry);
  • 250 grams of Parmesan cheese;
  • 300 ml cream;
  • 1 sprig of basil;
  • 3 cloves of garlic.

Pasta is boiled in water, while dressing (sauce) is being prepared. On the heated large frying pan lay out and fry for a couple of minutes chopped garlic and shrimp. Then add the tomatoes, cut into halves, chopped basil and cream. The resulting mixture must be stewed for 10 minutes, after which the prepared dish is laid out on plates, poured with sauce and sprinkled with Parmesan.

To prepare the dish you will need:

  • 400 grams of pasta;
  • 200-250 grams of champignons;
  • 450 grams of peeled shrimp;
  • 250 grams of Parmesan cheese;
  • 100 ml of white dry wine;
  • 250 ml of cream;
  • 60 grams of butter;
  • 3 cloves of garlic.

The pasta is cooked according to the instructions on the pack, after which the water is drained.

To make the sauce in a saucepan or a large frying pan, butter is placed, garlic is squeezed out, cleaned shrimps, mushrooms are put, white wine is added. Salting and peppering dressing can be done at this stage of cooking. When the wine is almost evaporated, add cream and stand on fire until boiling. If the paste is still hot, you can put it on the plates and pour the sauce, if it has cooled down, you can add it to the sauce and warm it in a frying pan.

Put on plates and sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.

The pasta with shrimps, the recipe of which can be modified, even the inexperienced mistress can do, and the taste of the dish will remind you of sunny Italy and will cheer up the mood in the winter.
