Only separate parts of the carcass can be used. Prepare the legs of a rabbit. Mix five tablespoons of any mustard (if there is, you can take Dijon) and two tablespoons of olive oil of good quality. Rabbit in the oven is prepared in many ways. Here's one of them. Take 500 grams of meat and sprinkle it with pepper and salt. Then fry the pieces in a frying pan to form a crust. She will keep all the juices in the meat and make it tender and tasty. We clean three onion heads and cut it with rather large rings, and then spread it onto prepared meat. Then you need to blanch the tomatoes (3 pieces) to remove the peel. We connect them with half a glass of sour cream and mix everything with a blender. Solim to taste. Fill the cooked sauce with rabbit meat and send it to bake. Rabbit in the oven is about 40 minutes. Served on the table, decorated with tomatoes and greens. You can optionally complement any garnish.
