· The simplest vegetable casserole is prepared from four potatoes, three eggs, one hundred grams of cheese and a dairy sauce. Boil the potatoes and eggs, then cut into thick mugs. On a greased frying pan spread out the slices of potatoes, on top of the eggs and sprinkle with chopped cheese. We pour the sauce over the casserole and bake it for 15-20 minutes in the oven. You can eat both cold and hot.

· Bread casserole. We prepare one loaf, six ripe tomatoes, olive oil, four hundred grams of cheese, fifty grams of walnuts, fresh parsley and dill greens, spices and salt. Sliced loaf fried in oil until golden brown. Cut tomatoes into slices, salt and sprinkle with spices. Cheese grind it on a grater or cut it. In the greased form, we layer layers of loaf, tomatoes and cheese, sprinkle with oil and bake. Sprinkle the casserole with chopped herbs and chopped nuts. We serve to the table in the form.
