Petr Podgorodetsky: biography and creativity
Petr Podgorodetsky was born in 1957 on February 12 in Moscow. He is known not only as a writer, but also as a showman, a Russian and Soviet musician. He worked in the groups "Time Machine" and "Sunday". He conducted various programs on radio and television. Currently he is the leader of the group called "XO".
Biography
He served in the Soviet Union for two years. Accidentally at this time almost lost his sight.
He played in the orchestra of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the USSR. In 1978 - 1979 he was an accompanist in the Yudenich experimental theater. Worked as a luncheon in restaurants, playing the piano, then began working with the bands "Time Machine" and "Leap Year". We took him as the second keyboard player along with Chris Kelmi.
Has transferred operation on restoration of vision. I spent a month and a half at the hospital. After that, he was invited to participate in the updated group "Time Machine". He left the band in 1982. From 1982 to 1990 he was actively engaged in music. He plays in the group "SV". Works with Igor Granov. Participates in the ensembles of Joseph Kobzon and Vladimir Miguli. He works in an instrumental project called "Health" and the country group "Corn".
In 1987 - 1990 he was engaged in his own show club, which he called "Free Flight". In 1988 he recorded a solo album. In 1990 he returned to the "Time Machine". In 1999, he was fired from the group. As he himself noted, the motives of this event were purely political. In 2000 he worked as a radio DJ called "Silver Rain". Participated in the program "Hooligan-show." Was fired.
