JSC "Zelenodolsk Shipbuilding Plant named after Gorky" is the pride of Tatarstan. Over 120 years the company has been producing civil and military ships, repairing and servicing vessels of various classes.

History

Zelenodolsk Shipyard has been functioning since the end of the XIX century. 10.10.1895 by the decision of the Kazan Ministry of Railways in the Paratskoye Pit built ship repair shops. After the October Revolution, a part of the shops of Izhora and Baltiysky factories were moved to Paratsk, where the Volga Mechanical Autonomous Shipyard was formed, which in 1922 was renamed the Red Metallist.

The enterprise was given the name of Maxim Gorky in 1932. In 1934 the plant received its first defense order: the construction of river armored vessels began on projects 1124 and 1125. During the Great Patriotic War, 2,800 workers from the five thousandth collective left for the front.

In the 60's mastered the release of the famous "Meteors" - motor ships equipped with "underwater wings." A total of 356 units were produced. The developed design solutions allow the plant to remain the leader in the development of domestic high-speed vessels.

Today Zelenodolsk Shipbuilding Plant is a modern enterprise capable of translating into the metal the most advanced ideas of designers and engineers. Since 2005 it is part of the holding company "Ak-Bars".

Hi-tech

The production and technical base at the Zelenodolsk shipbuilding plant named after Gorky makes it possible to build small and medium-sized ships. The total number of employees is about 5,000 people. At the enterprise progressive principles of position-flow construction of vessels are introduced, starting from the launching of metal into production and ending with the delivery of constructed floating crafts.

Widely used programmable equipment, CNC machines. Computerization allows you to cut out of metal and handle parts of virtually any configuration. At the stage of assembling and welding the hull uses the best welding equipment of world class. Welding is used here:

  • Automatic submerged arc;
  • Semi-automatic in the environment of protective gases.

The ship is a complex engineering structure. It is necessary that the built vessels are on the move under any adverse conditions. The quality of components and components are the most serious requirements. All metal structures undergo ultrasonic testing, which guarantees no defects, hidden cracks, material inhomogeneities.

The final stage of construction of ships - assembly, installation of equipment and delivery of the object to the customer. At Zelenodolsk shipbuilding plant, workers carry out a touching ceremony, sending their "ward" to a great voyage.

Equipment

At the enterprise there are three large staple-dostroechnye shops, in which both civil and military ships are assembled in parallel. Zelenodolsky shipbuilding plant AM Gorky is equipped with a unique complex "Volga".

The complex is equipped with a loading dock with a water defrosting system in the winter. This makes it possible to build, launch floating vessels with a high degree of readiness, and also to make mooring tests year-round.

Military products

Zelenodolsk Shipyard is a recognized center for the construction of patrol ships (corvettes) of the last generation, including small visibility. On the basis of the main TFR "Tatarstan" two ships "Gepard-3.9" were constructed in 2014 for the needs of the Russian Navy. Also, a contract was concluded with the government of Vietnam for several ships of this type.

Engineers argue that the TFR of Project 11661 embodies all the experience gained over decades of construction. The tasks of a military ship include:

  • Sentinel service;
  • Convoy operations;
  • Protection of the water area;
  • Fight against submarines, air and sea targets.

On its armament:

  • Artillery 76-mm AK-176M system and two large-caliber MTPU units;
  • Up to eight cruise missiles of increased range "Caliber-NK";
  • Anti-submarine and torpedo-mine weaponry;
  • Missile weapons (Osa, Palash, Uragan, Igla-M);
  • Electronic warfare systems.

The project implements a unique layout of power plants. They are located in several isolated compartments. Even with the flooding of two of them, the TFR remains in a position to perform combat missions.

Civil products

Undoubtedly, Zelenodolsk Shipbuilding Plant is No. 1 in Russia for the production of civil vessels. Project A45-1 "Lena" is one of the latest developments of the company. A high- speed planing boat can deliver 100 passengers at a distance of up to 650 km (max. 70 km / h).

The first vessel A45 was built in 2006 for the Vienna River Shipping Company. On its basis, the advanced model A45-1 is designed - four boats of this project are already plying along the Yenisei.

Fishery seiners of the RS-600 and 11006 projects, trawlers of the HS65T and HS45T projects, research vessels of projects 50010, 11002, 11005 and others descended from the factory stocks.

In addition to the boats, the enterprise has mastered the adjacent products. They produce titanium products, units and aggregates for the machine-building complex, oil and gas equipment, fittings, large-size bridges, cabinet and ship furniture. Hot anti-corrosion galvanizing of steel pipes and racks up to 5.3 m in length has been mastered.

Prospects

Now the Zelenodolsky Shipbuilding Plant of Gorky together with the design bureau "Agat" create a high-speed civil vessel of the A145 project. It also uses a gliding principle of motion. The appearance of the boat corresponds to the world analogues: smooth streamlined lines create a resemblance to expensive yachts.

Lightweight aluminum body is equipped with everything necessary for comfortable and reliable navigation of passengers and crew. In the center of the salon with adjustable soft chairs is a bar, large video panels allow you to pass the time. The captain's cabin reminds of a cockpit of a fighter: the perfect ergonomics of management, a good review, an abundance of LCD monitors. At the top of the vessel there is a spacious viewing platform.

Due to the increased power of the coupled undercarriage (2x1440 kW versus 2x1080 kW in the A45-1 model), the ship will transport 150 passengers with baggage for a distance of 200 miles (more than 300 km) with a maximum speed of up to 40 knots (74 km / h) in open areas.

The design of the body provides a stable movement at a wave of 4 points. The first two vessels of the A145 project were lowered in 2011 and 2012. They were used to serve the guests of the Olympics in Sochi.

At the same time, the improvement of the production and development of new warships is continuing.

Cooperation

The main partner of the Zelenodolsk plant is the Navy - the state customer, which guarantees a large amount of work. The quality of the ships produced by the enterprise meets the strict requirements of the military. The second most important customer is Rosoboronexport. The Gepard project attracted many foreign partners.

Russian and foreign civil shipping companies show interest in high-speed vessels of projects A45-1 and A145. Great hopes are placed on fishing boats of various purposes.
