From the cooperative to the joint-stock company

The founder of the Gagarin plant of motor-blocks is the "Sila" cooperative, formed by enthusiasts in 1988. Initially, the company was engaged in sports simulators, later it established the production of tools for car repair works.

In 1991, Mobil-K began to manufacture scarce attachments for Soviet motor-blocks. At first they were hoggers and plows, followed by the production of trailers. In 1993, the company was privatized. The assortment has considerably expanded in 1995 due to communal equipment: mowers, snow-plows, hinged brushes.

New stage

A big step Gagarinsky plant motoblock made in 2000. Thanks to the partnership with the company Meccanica Benassi from Italy, a joint project for assembling cultivators of the RL-7 series was implemented. This gave the necessary experience in the production of complex mini-agrotechnics.

After 2 years, it was possible to significantly improve the quality of the devices due to the introduction of a powder coating system and the acquisition of equipment that allows thermal treatment of cultivator blades with high frequency currents. The new line helped to increase productivity by an order of magnitude - up to 210,000 knives a month. Since then, the invariable partners of the Gagarin people are large manufacturers of garden and communal equipment: Salyut, Kaluga Engine, Red October.

In 2006, the company "Mobile-K" matured for an ambitious project - the development of a new generation of the MKM-3 Lander motoblock. Its assembly began a year later. Taking into account the wishes of the truckers, the motor blocks of the Gagarin plant were partially equipped with Japanese Subaru engines. At the same time, measures were taken to improve the performance characteristics of additional equipment. In particular, the bodies of trailers were made from corrosion-resistant galvanized steel.

Moving in

An important milestone for the Gagarin plant of motor-blocks was 2008. Thanks to a large investment project, Mobil-K built a new production building, the best European production equipment and equipment was purchased. Working conditions have improved incomparably. Thanks to automation, a number of new products were launched in the series: the cultivators of the professional series MKM-2, demountable trucks, two-rotor mowers.

In 2012, the specialists of Mobile-K turned their attention to snow-removal equipment. The first domestic snow-removing self-propelled S-65B was developed. In 2013, the factory area expanded by 3000 m ² . The new building was equipped for a company store and warehouse.

The line of professional motor-blocks has been replenished with models Ghepard and G85. According to the wishes, the production of small-size motor cultivators of the MKM-1 series is mastered. In 2014, a fully automated assembly shop was built.

The Mobil-K plant began operations in 1993. He specializes in the production of motorized agricultural equipment. The opening of production allowed to create in Gagarinsky district an additional 200 jobs with a good salary. The district budget is replenished by tax revenues.
