The drug "Glybomet" instructions for use refers to a group of hypoglycemic drugs of a combined type. This hypoglycemic drug is produced in the form of round dragees of white hue. Each tablet "Glybomet" contains metformin hydrochloride and glibenclamide, acting as active components. The auxiliary elements are gelatin, MCC, high-dispersion silica , corn starch, magnesium stearate, glycerol, diethylphthalate, cellulose acetate phthalate and talc.

Accept the hypoglycemic drug "Glybomet" instructions for use only in the case of inefficiency of monotherapy with oral medications or diet therapy for the treatment of non-insulin-dependent diabetes mellitus type 2. In addition, the manufacturer recommends prescribing these tablets when the sensitivity to the sulfonylurea agents is reduced due to their prolonged use.

In addition, some people who use this drug may experience conditions such as vomiting, headache, weakness, sensitivity disorders, urticaria, paresis, muscle cramps, megaloblastic or hemolytic anemia, joint pain.
