Pancakes with condensed milk, as well as cookies and donuts

Pancakes with condensed milk are perfect as a breakfast or dessert for a family dinner, and perhaps even for a festive dinner.

Pancakes are a flour dish, which is prepared from a batter. Baking on a hot skillet, they have, as a rule, a rounded shape. Perhaps it was the pancakes that were the first dish that was started from flour.

Pancakes are prepared from yeast or batterless dough based on both wheat flour and oatmeal, as well as buckwheat and rice. The most simple and quick to prepare are fresh pancakes (which are otherwise called bezdozhzhevye). They are prepared on water, fermented milk, milk, yogurt, kefir, yoghurt and even sometimes on weak alcohol such as beer or mead. Very delicious are such pancakes with condensed milk. But yeast classic pancakes are made on the spoon (for example, buckwheat).

For a long time traditional Russian pancakes were made on a yeast test (by a sponge method). Adding soda to the dough is borrowed in the West not so long ago and for Russian cuisine it is not peculiar.

All pancakes have the same cooking principle. Yeast, salt, sugar, flour and eggs are placed in warm milk or water. The dough is left for fermentation for about three hours. And everything else depends only on certain proportions of products.

You can prepare pancakes with condensed milk, using a ready-made condensed milk (purchased), or you can cook it yourself. To do this, you need 250 ml of regular milk and 150 grams of dry, as well as 300 grams of sugar.

Mix all the ingredients and put them on a water bath. Stir constantly, cook for an hour. That's so easy enough at home to prepare condensed milk.

To bake pancakes, take sugar (2 tablespoons), flour (1 glass), milk (about 2.5 cups), 4 eggs and boiled condensed milk.

Whisk the eggs until thick. Then gradually add flour and milk. If desired, salt a little. Put sugar and a spoon of vegetable oil (without smell). Stir thoroughly so that no lumps form.

Cover the frying pan with oil. Bake thin pancakes. Roast to a golden color on each side. Each pancake grease with boiled condensed milk and roll with rolls.

Sometimes pancakes with condensed milk are served on a table in a different design. They are not folded with rolls, but are folded with an envelope. Top with a thin layer of ordinary (not boiled) condensed milk and served on the table.

With baked milk, biscuits are also baked. You will need 270 grams of flour, butter (250 grams), 65 grams of sugar and condensed milk (one pot). In addition, 150 grams of dark chocolate, ¼ teaspoon of vanilla essence and the same amount of salt, and 30 grams of coconut chips will be required.

To cook cookies with condensed milk, mix with flour flour, salt and vanilla essence. Here, chilled chilled oil. Knead the dough and place it on the refrigerator for an hour, wrapping it in a film.

Then spread it in the form and straighten it with a rolling pin. At 180 degrees bake for no more than half an hour. When the cake will cool, grease it with boiled condensed milk and put it in the refrigerator again.

Meanwhile, melt the chocolate with 50 grams of butter, either in a microwave oven or in a water bath. Smear on the condensed milk. Sprinkle with coconut chips and share with a knife.

The good old favorite dish is donuts with condensed milk. Even hot, they literally melt in the mouth. Donuts are great as a rather hearty dessert for tea.

For their preparation, you need 250 grams of raw condensed milk, two eggs, a teaspoon of soda, a little vegetable oil and flour (as much as will absorb the dough). It should be a consistency of thick sour cream. In a hot vegetable oil, spread the donuts with a spoon. Fry them for a short time at low heat. Donuts with condensed milk look very appetizing and are very popular with adults and children alike.
