"Sinaphlan", analogues of the drug ("Flucinar", "Fluciderm" and others) are related to glucocorticoid (hormonal) drugs for external use. The use of these medicines can reduce inflammatory manifestations on the skin.

Ointment "Sinaflan" has antipruritic, anti-edematous, anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory effect. When applied to the skin, rapid absorption of the drug is noted. Metabolism (decay) occurs in the liver. Excretion is carried out with urine.

In clinical practice, for allergic and inflammatory skin diseases of non-microbial nature, the "Sinaphlan" ointment is often prescribed. The use of the drug is recommended for seborrheic dermatitis (inflammation of the head cover, provoked by increased work of the sebaceous glands). Indications include eczema of different localization and origin. With neurodermatitis (a skin disease of an allergic nature), the ointment "Sinaphlan" is prescribed. Contraindications

Ointment "Sinaphlan" is not prescribed for hypersensitivity to its components.

Do not use the drug in fungal, viral, microbial diseases of the skin as a monotherapy. Use is permitted in conjunction with other means.

Do not use "Sinaphlan" ointment with itching of the perineum and anus, skin tuberculosis.

Contraindicated the use of the drug in any tumor skin processes, due to the fact that the drug stimulates the development of tumors. Do not apply the product for trophic ulcers on the legs caused by varicose veins, as swelling and vascular permeability increase.
