"Naise Gel" - instruction, composition, method of application

The Nays Gel drug contains nimesulide. Preparations based on it (Nimesulide, Naize, Nimegesic, Aktasulid, Sulaidin, Prolid, etc.) are non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs that effectively combat fever and inflammatory phenomena, and also have a strong analgesic Action.

Medicines, which include nimesulide, have extensive indications for use. "Nyz", "Nimesil", "Novolide" and other drugs are indicated for osteoarthritis and osteoarthrosis, bursitis, tendinitis, postoperative and post-traumatic pains, as well as for various inflammatory processes and gynecological diseases. The maximum effect after taking them inside is reached after one and a half to two hours. External means based on nimesulide - in particular, the gel "Nyz " , the use of which, along with the intake of non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, enhances their effect, in addition, they have a distracting and local irritant effect. So, the composition of the drug "Naise Gel", in addition to its active component, includes menthol, methyl salicylate and capsaicin. The last of them, an alkaloid, in abundance contained in red hot pepper, contributes to the influx of blood to the painful place and its warming. Menthol contained in the "Naize Gel" (the instruction says this) has an additional external analgesic effect, stimulating the cold receptors. Finally, methyl salicylate, a derivative of salicylic acid, a volatile substance with a characteristic strong odor, reduces inflammation and infiltration in tissues, improves microcirculation in them.

The instruction attached to the Nyz Gel drug describes the indications for its use. These are various diseases of the musculoskeletal system, accompanied by inflammation or degenerative changes: arthritis, rheumatic and arthritic pains in the joints, radiculitis, osteoarthritis, bursitis, sciatica, lumbago, and osteochondrosis with radicular syndrome. Apply it to a clean and dry, undamaged skin with a uniform thin layer. To do this, a gel column is squeezed out of the tube approximately three centimeters long, applied to the skin in the most painful place and rubbed gently into it, without pressure. Use the "Naize Gel" instruction recommends 3-4 times a day. It should be understood that since absorption of nimesulide through the skin is negligible, a serious effect can be obtained only when this drug is combined with other drugs.

Like most drugs, Nays Gel has contraindications to use - it is primarily an individual intolerance to nimesulide or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, for example, acetylsalicylic acid. "Nayz Gel" (the instruction says this) can not be used for serious violations of the liver and kidneys, with peptic ulcer in the acute stage, pregnancy. If this medicine is needed to use a nursing mother, the child should be weaned during the treatment. In addition, "Nayz Gel" is contraindicated in cases of skin diseases - both infectious and dermatitis of various nature. It is not recommended for children under 12 years.

Side effects from the use of this drug include a variety of external allergic manifestations: itching and flaking, rash and reddening of the skin, and in some cases even a burn. When using it, take care not to let the product get on the mucous membranes, open wounds or damaged skin. Hand after the application of "Nyz Gel" must be thoroughly washed.

"Naize Gel" is available in tubes of 20 g. Store it in a cool place, not allowing freezing. Use the product within a week after opening the tube.
