If you decide to cook pork, then it will be useful to rub it with a mixture of salt, black pepper, thyme and marjoram. These spices are perfectly combined with meat and are part of almost all sets of spices. And many experts say that this is just the basic, basic mixture. That is, you may not have other condiments, but since you decided to cook meat, then these spices must be provided. In addition, you can add this mixture to your liking. Never will be superfluous lemon juice, if you use an orange, then take unsweetened. To the meat you can add grated ginger, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar. If the meat is not very greasy, then, pickling it, you can add a few spoons of vegetable oil. With all these spices, meat should stand in the refrigerator for at least a few hours, but better - night. The chicken is not marinated for so long, it only takes a few hours.

With what you can bake meat? Always a winning option will be if you choose garlic, onions, carrots, mushrooms, apples. You can use prunes, dried apricots, ginger, lemon, orange (again - if it is unsweetened). Apples can also be made more acidic by sprinkling with lemon juice or apple cider vinegar. They are best cut into slices, carrots - plates, onions - rings or semirings. Mushrooms can not be cut if they are small. Cut large mushrooms, so they will be better cared for and will look aesthetically pleasing. Cut vegetables and fruits pepper, salt, sprinkle with vegetable oil. In general, a little oil should be added, even if you bake the meat in the oven with vegetables in foil or in the sleeve for baking. Often such dishes are added potatoes. It should be cut into plates or bars not thicker than two centimeters. Young small potatoes can be cut and quarters.

At the bottom of the baking dish put meat or chicken. The temperature in the oven should be about 250 degrees. The cooking time is calculated based on the weight of the meat. The formula is simple: per kilogram - one hour. For pork, it is better to use more time, especially if there are bones in the baked piece. If you cook a small chicken with potatoes, then put the vegetables in the mold immediately, if without potatoes - then they can be laid in 20 minutes after the chicken starts to cook. Vegetables should be mixed several times, so that they are evenly baked and not burned. If you cook meat in the oven with tomatoes, then these vegetables should be added half an hour before the whole dish is ready.

Now go directly to a specific recipe. Suppose that you need to cook dinner - meat in the oven with vegetables - for a family of three. Take 600 grams of pork, 2 packs of frozen vegetables (they are also perfect for making such dishes), 2-3 onions, several cloves of garlic, salt and spices to taste.

So, cooking. Cut the meat into small pieces 1 cm thick, beat off. Cut the onions finely. Garlic, too, chop or even pass through the garlick. Put the meat back in a bowl, add your favorite spices, onion and garlic, season with salt, stir and leave to marinate.

After a minimum of several hours (as mentioned above), place the meat on a baking tray or in a baking dish (the bottom should be oiled). Around evenly distribute the vegetables (they do not need to be thawed before cooking). Sprinkle the vegetables with salt and bake in a preheated oven.
