  • Macaroni of any shape (from durum wheat) - 300 g;
  • Forcemeat ready pork - about 400 g;
  • Onions large - 1 head;
  • Carrot sweet big - 1 tuber;
  • Garlic teeth - 4 lobules;
  • Bulgarian red or yellow pepper - 1 pc .;
  • Ripe and fleshy tomatoes - not less than 5 pcs .;
  • Fresh herbs - 1 bunch (including basil, dill and parsley);
  • Oil without olive flavor - apply to your liking;
  • White granulated sugar - about 10 g;
  • Salt, sweet pepper - apply to your liking;
  • Light flour from wheat - about 50 g;
  • Milk fat - 2 cups;
  • Fresh creamy oil - 2 large spoons;
  • Cheese of hard varieties - not less than 200 g.

Home lasagna from pasta turns out especially tasty, if for its preparation to use independently made forcemeat. If you do not have time to grind the meat product, you can buy it in the finished form in the store.

What to cook the sauce "Béchamel" yourself, put in the pan all the pre-prepared butter and slowly melt it. Next, they pour in wheat flour and sugar, and then get in the way. At the same time, make sure that there are no lumps in the sauce.

Adding to the ingredients of fatty milk, they are salted and pepper to taste. In such a composition, the Béchamel sauce is cooked on low heat for about 10 minutes.

Also, separately rub the hard cheese on a fine grater. This product will be required for us to sprinkle the semi-finished product.
