Species composition of vegetation on the shores of the lake includes deciduous tree species, including oak, birch, linden. Representatives of the fauna: moose, badger, fox, wild boar, capercaillie. During the flight Lake Kandrykul in Bashkortostan becomes a feeding ground for wild geese, ducks and swans. On the shore there are many places convenient for fishing, and in the catch there are many valuable species of fish (burbot, perch, white cupid, carp, roach, pike).

Transport accessibility of the recreation area

Most of the tourist centers are located on the south-eastern shore near the village of Kandrykul. The lake lies to the north-east of this village. The journey from Ufa by car takes about two hours. The distance to the capital of Bashkortostan is 130-140 km, to Ekaterinburg - 400 km, to Chelyabinsk - 240 km. The federal highway M5 connects Ufa and the shore of the lake.

On the last stretch of the road on the right side of the route there is a small town of Kandra. The district center of Tuymazy is located farther from the lake, at a distance of 35-40 km to the north-west of it. To get to the recreation area on the west coast, you should drive after turning on Kandra for about 10 km along the federal highway M5, turn south, pass the camping, after 3 km turn left to the village.

The chair lift provides tourists and sportsmen to the snow-covered mountain peak of Yazuli-Tash, where the same café with a viewing platform is located. The beginning of the season is quite early for the Southern Urals - the second decade of November. The closure usually takes place on April 10th.
