  • 5 tbsp. L. Vinegar apple.

Preparation:

1. Clean the onions, cut into half rings and place them in a glass jar. Do not close the lid yet. Then we send chopped spring onions. We do marinade. To do this, mix sugar, vinegar and salt in a glass of boiled water. The resulting marinade is poured onions. We close the jar with a plastic lid. We shake it well. We put it in the refrigerator for half an hour.

2. Clear the carcass of squid. We have already talked about this earlier. How to cook squid on a salad? Pour the water into the pan and wait until it starts to boil. Solim and add dried herbs and spices. Put the squid in the water. Cook for 12-15 minutes under the closed lid. Then throw the carcass into a colander. We wait until they cool.

3. Wash the tomatoes. We cut them into cubes. We send it to a salad bowl.
