How to cook "Manon" - vegetable salad with chicken and cheese

How to make "Manon"? Salad is prepared from such products:

  • Onion - 2 medium heads.
  • Potatoes - 2-3 tubers of medium size.
  • Pickled cucumbers - 2 pieces.
  • Beets - 1 piece large or 2 pieces of medium.
  • Carrots - 1 large.
  • Eggs of chicken - 3 pieces.
  • Garlic - 3 large denticles.
  • Mayonnaise - 1 small packet. Its fat content should be at least 67%.

Cooking process

Having bought all the above products, you need to boil the eggs hard boiled, cook until ready vegetables - potatoes, carrots, beets. Garlic must be crushed with garlic or very finely chopped with a knife and mixed with mayonnaise.

Now spread layers of lettuce in the following order:

  • At the bottom of the dish with high bows we put finely chopped onions, grease it with sauce of garlic and mayonnaise;
