How to cook a cake?

Process description

After the mass begins to increase in volume, it gradually introduces lemon juice and continues to work as a mixer or whisk. As a result, you should get a thick mixture that can hold the shape well. Glycerin is added to the insufficiently glutinous aysing.

After this, you can do the basics of the future dessert. It is made from a fairly dry rectangular cookie. First of it a sharp knife cut out the shape of a house with a roof. Then a whole cookie is laid out on the table of food foil spread out on the table, the edges of which are aisized, and a wall with a roof is attached to it. Dessert, cooked according to this recipe, differs surprisingly delicate taste and air consistency. As in the previous case, this delicacy will not be subjected to heat treatment. To make delightfully light cake "House", the recipe of which will be considered right now, it is necessary to revise your refrigerator in advance and, if necessary, to purchase the missing components. Before starting the preparation, make sure that you have at hand:

  • 305 grams of shortbread cookie.
  • 105 milliliters of pasteurized milk.
  • 55 grams of granulated sugar.
  • 65 milliliters of low-fat sour cream.
  • It is a quilt of cottage cheese.
  • 35 grams of cocoa.

Technology of preparation

In order for you to get really delicious and delicious cake "Cottage" made of cookies and cottage cheese, you should strictly maintain the recommended ratio of components. In one bowl combine low-fat sour cream and sugar. There, send the cottage cheese and whisk with a blender until a homogeneous mass is obtained.

On the table, place a sheet of foil and lay in one row four pechenyushki, previously visited in a bowl of warm milk. From above distribute cottage cheese-sour mass and accurately level it with the help of a knife. On top lay another layer of cookies and fresh smeared with a sweet mixture. This is repeated four times.

In order not to interrupt the process in search of missing products, you need to conduct an audit in your kitchen in advance and purchase all the required components. You should have at your disposal:

  • 715 grams of low-fat cottage cheese.
  • 205 milliliters of cream.
  • 205 grams of sugar.
  • Half a pack of butter.
  • 125 grams of shortbread cookie.
  • A bag of vanillin.
  • 20 grams of gelatin.

Sequencing

In one bowl, pre-strained curd cottage cheese, granulated sugar, a small amount of cream and vanillin are combined. All the beans are beaten well until a homogeneous creamy mass is obtained and set aside for a quarter of an hour.

While the mixture will be infused, you can do gelatin. It is poured with the remaining cream and sent to a water bath. After complete dissolution of the crystals, it is cooled, added to the curd cream and whipped again until a luscious consistency is obtained. After that, the dishes with the mixture are covered with a lid and put into the refrigerator for a quarter of an hour.

Finely crushed cookies are combined with pre-softened butter, thoroughly rubbed in the palms of your hands and densely packed to the bottom with a parchment-lined form. Top spread curd cream cream, level, cover with food film and clean in the refrigerator. After three hours, dessert can be served to the table.

Option Four: exquisitely delicious

As in all previous cases, to prepare a cake "House" should go to the nearest supermarket in advance for the necessary purchases. Your list must include:

  • 800 grams of cookies.
  • Half a kilo of curd mass.
  • 200 milliliters of milk.
  • 30 grams of butter.

As additional components will be used tiles of milk chocolate and 150 grams of hazelnuts.

Algorithm of preparation

To make you get a tasty and light cake "House", You must strictly observe the above ratio of products. On the table, covered with polyethylene film, lay a layer of cookies the size of three by four pieces. Previously, each of them for a couple of seconds lowered into warm milk.

In a small saucepan, put a broken chocolate bar, send it to the stove and melt it over a minimal heat. In the same dish, add a little butter and milk. The resulting glaze watered the house, decorate it with nuts and clean almost ready dessert in the refrigerator. After two hours, the cake is transferred to a beautiful dish and served to the table.

If desired, small adjustments can be made to this recipe. So, the purchased sweet mass can be replaced with homemade cottage cheese mixed with jam, and hazelnuts - with any other nuts.
