Crab Classic Salad

Any holiday requires a generous table. Usually, only one or two main dishes are put on the table, but there are plenty of salads and snacks. Personally, every time I visit a fairly quickly find a classic crab salad. This salad, as a rule, is very delicate, delicious, it is always happy to eat babies.

But at the festive table you can afford a little liberties, but at home, for yourself, mayonnaise is successfully replaced with kefir - it turns out less nourishing, as well as a little dosalivat, but I quite like it. The very first crab salad I tried quite a girl, and had already learned the classic crab salad . In fact, the constant products are eggs, crab sticks and canned corn. Three or four boiled eggs are finely chopped, a bundle of crab sticks, cut into rings or finely chopped, and a dessert corn can be added to them. All this is filled with mayonnaise. And we add a very finely chopped small onion. For sourish it is possible to crumble an apple, and for the satiety it is necessary to add friable boiled rice. You can add shredded cabbage or fresh cucumber to the salad - this will give it lightness.

In fact, classic crab salad in their homeland in Southeast Asia is made from real crabs and boiled rice. And do it this way: first you need to boil the rice and put it in a cup. Tomatoes should preferably be peeled and finely chopped. Crab meat, celery and onions are cut into small cubes. All stirred and poured with mayonnaise.

To give the salad an original taste, you need to make a special sauce and fill it with a salad. To prepare it, take a jar and pour a little olive or vegetable oil, a little vinegar, Chile sauce, crushed garlic, mustard and pour dry basil. Now the jar needs to be closed and everything is shaken well until the ingredients are mixed. This mixture is poured over the salad, and then placed in a refrigerator for two hours. As an ornament, you can use a pickled cucumber and dill sprigs.

Once I tried to make a delicious salad of crab sticks with canned pineapple. In addition to pineapples, which need to be finely chopped, it included crab sticks, all the same corn, boiled rice and onions. This dish produces a very unusual, sweet taste, and that's why it is very popular with children.

Crab classic recipe can be supplemented with finely chopped fresh cabbage. With crab sticks, a sweet pepper and tomatoes are not bad. You can also add about 100 grams of hard, grated cheese, half a sweet red pepper and three hard-boiled eggs. All this is filled with mayonnaise and is decorated with the remains of pepper. Those people who like classic crab salad will like this one. Boil one large carrot, then finely chop it or rub it on a large grater. We also serve with three boiled eggs, and onions and crab sticks cut into small cubes. It remains to mix mayonnaise with garlic and you can lay salad layers - first carrots, onions, eggs, and then crab sticks. Layer all the layers with mayonnaise and garlic and sprinkle them with hard cheese. You can also sprinkle with herbs.

Crab sticks do not have useful properties. Another thing is that they do not bring harm. Crab meat in them, as it is not paradoxical, is not contained, but only fish minced meat. Hence the low price. When choosing crab sticks, you must carefully watch that the composition does not contain sodium glutamate, since it causes an increase in pressure. Officially it is not forbidden to use, and in small doses it is not dangerous, but nevertheless it is necessary to be more careful.
