Delicious potato salad
Potatoes are one of the main products on the table of a Russian. The various recipes of dishes from it have thousands of options for every taste. The potato is combined with all the products and is beautiful in itself. Potato salad in several versions is present on the festive table. Let's consider some various ways of its preparation:
· Potato salad in Korean style.
Prepare six medium-sized potatoes, a bunch of cilantro, black and red ground pepper, salt, soy sauce, five cloves of garlic and vegetable oil. Boil potatoes in salted water, chill, peel and cut into cubes. Pickled cucumber cut into pieces. Eggs are boiled and crushed. We cut the leeks with straw. All the ingredients are mixed in a nice salad bowl. For sauce we combine vegetable oil, tomato paste and glutamate. Its amount should be ¾ cup. We dress the salad with sauce, decorate the chopped herbs and let it brew for about an hour.
Potato salad with mustard.
Unusual to taste salad is obtained by adding fresh and spicy mustard. For its preparation we prepare five potatoes, an onion, a tablespoon of vinegar, a tablespoon of mustard, sixty grams of vegetable oil, fifty grams of olives, parsley and pepper. Potato salad "Dubrava".
We need four potatoes, one hundred grams of boiled or pickled mushrooms, three hundred grams of chicken, three eggs and mayonnaise. Mushrooms are cut into thick straws. We boil the potatoes, clean them and cut them into slices. Chicken meat boil in salted water, chill and chop. Eggs are boiled and cut into cubes. All mixed in a beautiful salad bowl, season with mayonnaise and sprinkle with chopped herbs. We decorate with small whole mushrooms.
Salad of woks and potatoes.
An ancient recipe for our great-grandmothers. This dish is prepared from five potatoes, three large mocha apples, one hundred grams of boiled green peas, which can be replaced with canned, fresh herbs, parsley and dill, mayonnaise with pepper. We boil potatoes, we cool and clean. Cut apples and potatoes into slices as thin as possible. Mix in a dish sliced slices and peas, add salt to taste and season with mayonnaise, mixed with black pepper. Let the salad stay for an hour in the fridge and sprinkle with chopped herbs.
· Peasant salad.
For three potatoes we take one hundred grams of salted or smoked lard, an onion, one cucumber, two cloves of garlic, pepper, vegetable oil and salt. Thick the garlic and chop the onions.
