Light and tasty salads with beef and pomegranate: cooking recipes

Beef meat is somewhat harsh and dryish, especially if it is old. Fruit and berry additives save the situation. In addition, the dark red bright color of the grains also performs a decorative function. Salads with beef and pomegranate look very impressive among other dishes, if you decorate them with seeds, alternating with fresh herbs or as a background using mayonnaise dressing. Pomegranates with nuts

The first of them, it would seem, is quite unpretentious. However, after trying it once, you will surely rejoice the delicacy of the home again and again. This salad with pomegranate and beef is prepared from such products: about 350 g of boiled meat, 200 g of walnuts (peeled kernels), 150 g of prunes. Of course, pomegranate seeds. A handful of cumin and dried marjoram. And refueling from unsweetened yogurt or mayonnaise.

Beef boil in salted water, always with spices. Choose a piece without fat. Finished and cooled fillets cut into cubes. Prunes pre-soak, cleanse from the bones. Cut into pieces. Chop the nuts. Add all the products, add pomegranates and spices, season with sauce, stir. You can podsolit and pepper. Lay the bottom of the vase with lettuce leaves. Salad "Appetizing"

The next dish, also very tasty and healthy, nutritious and vitamin, contains green peas, pickled onions, canned cucumbers, carrots, meat. Naturally, this is also a salad "Beef with a pomegranate". The recipe also includes ham, potatoes, apples, bell peppers, eggs. Ingredients are laid in layers, which are smeared with mayonnaise or mixed and seasoned with the sauce "Provansal".

Boil 4 potatoes, 2 carrots, 3 eggs. Slice the semicircles and marinate the onion. Marinade is as follows: in a bowl, pour 5 spoons of olive oil, 3 - lemon juice and add salt to taste, mix. Pour the mixture of vinegar, let stand an hour or one and a half. Boil and 250 g of beef tenderloin. Ham and fillet cut into strips. Potatoes and carrots are cleaned and cut into cubes, just do the same with cucumbers, peppers and apples. Do not remove the peel from the last. Strain onions and peas. Peel the pomegranate seeds. Chop 2 eggs. Combine all the ingredients, salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise. Send it to a salad bowl, cut the remaining egg in circles and overlay the dish with them. Sprinkle with grenades and peas and serve.

Salad with mushrooms

Another excellent dish, which you can be proud of, also includes beef and pomegranate seeds. And also mushrooms, hard cheese, boiled potatoes and green onions. Mushrooms (fresh) cut into pieces and fry in vegetable oil until cooked. Boil in the uniforms of potatoes (3 pieces) and meat, cut. Cheese grate on a large grater. Chop finely feathers of onions. Place on the dish a layer of potatoes, add, pepper, sprinkle with chopped onions and cover with mayonnaise. Cut the beef into fibers and make the second layer out of it. Also pepper, sprinkle with pomegranate seeds and add mayonnaise. The third layer should be mushrooms, and the fourth - cheese. Between them - a layer of mayonnaise. If the food remains, repeat.
