While the beef tenderloin in the oven gains its softness and tenderness, Prepare the sauce for it. Finely chop 6 garlic cloves, a few twigs of thyme and three to four tomatoes. All this must be lowered into the oil remaining from the frying of the steaks, save it over low heat for 15-20 minutes.

Place ready meat from the oven on large plates. Add a sauce of tomato, garlic and thyme to the steaks. Serve to the table.

To avoid this, chop slices of beef for a couple of hours in a brine consisting of water (1 liter), sugar (0.5 cup), salt (1 teaspoon), juice half a lemon. Then fry steaks in boiling vegetable oil over medium heat. You can serve meat with potatoes.
