Cake with cookies

This method of cooking is simple enough due to the use of one ingredient - cookies. Ingredients:

  • Yoghurt - 260 g;
  • Berries - 340 g;
  • Sugar - glass;
  • Biscuit biscuits - 230 g;
  • Cottage cheese - 650 g;
  • lemon;
  • Candy with almonds.

First you need to take a rectangular shape, then lay it with food film and put the biscuits on the bottom. After that, mix the cottage cheese, sugar and yogurt in a separate bowl. Add berries, candies with almonds, cut into large pieces, and put the resulting mass on the biscuits. Now it's all wrapped on top of the film and placed in the freezer for about an hour. Delicious cake with cottage cheese, the recipe of which will take you a maximum of 18 minutes, ready!

Before serving, for a couple of seconds, lower the form into warm water, then remove the film and decorate with fresh berries.

Peach pie with cottage cheese - recipe

If you want a delicious peach dessert and you have some free time, then this way of cooking will suit you. For a cake you can use canned peaches, but you can replace them with peach jam or fresh fruit. Products:

For the test:

  • Flour - 60 g;
  • Eggs - 2-3 pieces;
  • Sugar - 70 g;
  • salt;
  • Almonds (ground) - 30 g;
  • Starch - 2 tablespoons of tea;
  • Vanilla - on the tip of the knife;
  • Baking powder - half a spoonful of tea.

For cream:

  • Sugar - 160 g;
  • Cream - 210 ml;
  • Cottage cheese - 0,6 kg;
  • Peaches - about 260 g.

Initially, you should prepare a dough for cakes. To do this, take eggs and separate the yolks from the proteins. Then whip the proteins with salt with a mixer, then add a little vanilla and sugar, while stirring constantly. When the mass is dense and white, one egg should be added gradually, whilst constantly whipping. Now you need to take the sifted flour and add to the bowl, then add almonds, starch and baking powder. We mix everything thoroughly. The dough is ready. Now it should be put in a mold and baked at 185 degrees for 23 minutes. So we get cakes for the cake.

While the cakes are baked, you should make a cream. Mix the ingredients best in the mixer, so that the cream is well-beaten. When the cakes are ready, you need to let them cool and smeared with cream. Cake with cottage cheese should be placed for half an hour in the fridge so that it soaks. It turns out very tasty! Sicilian sponge cake with cottage cheese - recipe

Products:

  • Honey - 3-4 tablespoons;
  • Cottage cheese - 450 g;
  • Wine - 100 ml;
  • lemon;
  • Vanilla essence - a little teaspoonful;
  • Candied fruits - 110 g;
  • Cocoa - 2 tablespoons;
  • Chocolate black - 120 g.

Marzipan mass:

  • Sugar - 5-6 spoons;
  • Almonds crushed - 140 g;
  • Powdered sugar - 4-5 spoons;
  • Egg white - one;
  • Dye food (can be replaced with cocoa);
  • Lemon juice - 1 teaspoonful;
  • Apricot jelly - 1 spoon.

For biscuit:

  • Eggs - 3-4 pieces;
  • Flour - 125 g;
  • Sugar - 130 g.

First, heat the oven to 175 degrees, then prepare the mold (about 26 cm in diameter). Now you need to beat the eggs to splendor and place them on a water bath on a small fire. Beat them until the mass becomes transparent. Then remove and continue to beat with a mixer, until the mass becomes viscous. Then gently add flour and whisk thoroughly. All this must be poured into a mold and baked in a preheated oven until ready.

When the biscuit is ready, it should be cut into three identical cakes. The shape of the cakes can be adjusted by cutting the edges. Then lay a dish or a form of food film and lay one cake on it. The second cake should be cut into strips and put them to the walls of the mold. Then sprinkle all the wine, and leave the third cake.

To make the filling, you need to mix honey, wine, vanilla, cottage cheese, candied fruits, chocolate (crushed), lemon zest and juice. Cut finely the remains of biscuit and add them to the mass. The prepared filling should be put on the biscuit, pressing to the biscuit walls. Now take the deferred third cake and cover it with toppings. Sprinkle the remaining wine and cover it tightly with a film. Cake with cottage cheese, a recipe for Korogh presented above, should be infused with the clock in the refrigerator.

Pancake cake with cottage cheese and oranges

Composition:

  • Curd mass (with sugar);
  • Fresh pancakes;
  • orange.

Initially, you should bake pancakes. Peel the orange and disassemble into slices, which are cut into pieces. Cottage cheese mass can be purchased already ready in the store, or you can cook yourself from cottage cheese and sugar, while adding pieces of orange. To it also it is possible to add raisins, dried apricots to taste.

Now it is necessary to lay out four pancakes in the form in a circle, so that they overlap each other, and the edges hang a little. The fifth pancake lay in the middle. Now put the curd mass on the center and smear it, then cover with another pancake. Thus, to form a cake, alternating pancakes and stuffing from cottage cheese.
