First we will tell you how to make bread in a multivariate. Prepare the dough. To do this, heat the glass of water so that it has a temperature of 35-40 degrees. Pour into this water a bag of yeast, ten grams of salt and forty grams of sugar. All well stir until dissolved. Now add the oil - 60 grams, you can use olive or any other vegetable. It remains to add flour to the dough, it needs to be poured in gradually, each time stirring well. The dough should stop sticking to your hands, but do not get too steep. As a rule, about 500 - 600 grams of flour is used for batching.

Prepared dough should be put in a large pan and cover up with a clean towel or food film. After the first ascent, knead the dough and put it back on the proofing. When the dough rises again, it is once again well kneaded and placed in a bowl multivarka, which should be lightly oiled with vegetable oil.

We leave the billet for rise for about half an hour, and then turn on the "Baking" mode and bake bread in the multivark, setting the time to one hour. After the timer signal, you need to carefully take out the bread, turn it over to the other side and turn on the same mode again for half an hour. So our loaf is ready - lush, fragrant, porous.

And here's how you can make sweet bread in a multivark. In a glass of heated milk (you can use kefir, fermented baked milk, whey), we cultivate a packet of yeast. Separately, whip three eggs and a half teaspoon of salt, vanillin (1packet) and sugar (seven tablespoons). Now mix in the bowl milk with yeast, egg mixture and sunflower oil (seven tablespoons) and begin to add to this liquid mass flour, which will need about five glasses.

We put the dough on a proofing, and in the meantime, we also sort out my raisins. Then pour dried fruit with boiling water, let it swell. Water is drained and dried raisins, laying it on a paper towel.

Now we grease the cutting board with vegetable oil, pour out raisins on it and spread out the dough that came up. Gently we mix the dried fruits into the dough and form a ball from it.

We spread the dough into the greased cup of the multivark and turn the device into the "Heating" mode for 15 minutes. Then turn off the multivark and leave the dough for lifting for another half an hour.

We bake our sweet bread in the multivark in the "Bake" mode for an hour on one side and another 40 minutes after turning over. Ready bread is taken from the bowl and served for breakfast with butter.

It's even easier to make bread with such a wonderful appliance as a bread maker. In this case, even the dough will not have to be kneaded, the "smart" machine will do everything itself. There are various recipes for bread in the bread maker. For example, here's how you can make bread "Milky". At the bottom of the bowl, pour one and a half teaspoons of dry yeast, sift half a kilo of flour, add one and a half teaspoons of salt and a half tablespoons of sugar, on top we will crush eighty grams of butter. Lastly, we pour three hundred and fifty milliliters of milk. Bake bread in the main mode, in the finished form, the loaf will weigh about seven hundred grams.
