And if you issue it later than 30 weeks, the missed days will simply be "burned out", they will not be paid additionally, and the remaining period will remain the same - it will not increase.

You can, of course, try to agree with the authorities that you are making maternity leave, but you continue to work and receive a salary "in the envelope," but in that case you are not protected by the law and you can rely only on the integrity of management.
