You can serve them with mayonnaise, and if you prefer zucchini, you better eat them with sour cream, although everything depends on individual tastes.

Grilled vegetables at home are easy to prepare and in the oven, but provided that there is an appropriate function in it. Before you start frying, the oven pan should be covered with foil, pre-lubricated with oil. Only after that you can lay vegetables, which should be cut into pieces of medium or even large size.

If you wish, you can use a special sauce when cooking grilled vegetables. To do this, mix olive oil, garlic, soy sauce, vinegar, and salt, pepper to taste, after which the resulting solution to water the vegetables and put in the oven.

To get a more hearty dish, you can use the following recipe.
