Goulash in multivarquet: fast and appetizing

Goulash made from lamb, beef or pork is a traditional dish of Hungarian cuisine. Despite the fact that Russians consider it to be the second course, in Hungary this dish is served as soup. Today, goulash is quite popular in many countries of the world, including Russia. If you are very limited in time, but want to please your family with a delicious, fragrant and satisfying dish, then we offer a recipe for cooking goulash in a multivariate.

First you need to prepare the necessary products:

  • Tomatoes.

  • A large onion.

  • Two medium sized carrots.

  • Potatoes (enough for 6 pieces).

  • Vegetable (unrefined) oil.

  • 1 kg of meat (this can be pork, beef or lamb).

  • Fresh or dried herbs.

  • Red or green bell pepper.

  • Garlic (pair of denticles).

  • Any spices, bay leaf, a little salt.

When all the ingredients described above are at hand, you can start cooking goulash in a multivark. We take pre-prepared meat, thoroughly rinse it with tap water, and then cut into large cubes. Pour a little oil into the multivachter pan, and then put the meat there. We choose the operating mode "Baking". Set the timer for 40 minutes.

Let's start preparing the vegetables. Carrots need to be washed and cut into thin strips. Onions and garlic are cleaned, and then cut as small as possible. Once you notice that the meat has browned, you can add onions, garlic and carrots. So goulash in a multivariate will turn out fragrant and appetizing. As for tomatoes, they can be chopped with a knife, beaten in a blender or passed through a meat grinder. Choose the method that you think is most convenient.

After the carrots, onion and garlic are fried, add twisted tomatoes. We pour at least 1.5-2 liters of water (necessarily hot). Put the potatoes into the broth. Close the multi-cooking pot tightly, select the "Quenching" operation mode and set the timer for 1 hour. At the end of this time, it is necessary to pour sweet pepper into a saucepan, cut into pieces. You can salt and add your favorite spices. Again, select the "Quenching" mode on the device, set the cooking time to 40 minutes. Goulash in a multivarquet is almost ready. Sprinkle it with fresh or dried herbs. But to serve the dish on the table immediately after its preparation is not necessary. It must still remain for a while under the closed lid.

No less tasty goulash is obtained in a multivark with the use of chicken meat. Of the products you will need sweet pepper, paprika, tomato paste, flour, carrots, 1 kg of chicken, onions and spices. Onions and carrots finely chopped and sent to a frying pan for subsequent roasting. Chicken meat cut into pieces, mix them with flour and put it on a multi-bowl. Fry for 15 minutes. Add here tomato paste, paprika, pepper, cut into strips and a little salt. Pour 1 liter of water, all this is thoroughly mixed. Choose the mode "Slow-waving", put the timer at 1:45. Our dish is ready to serve. As a side dish, you can cook pasta, long grain rice or mashed potatoes.
