The matrix can be made of a thick-walled tube, which will be the simplest option. In order to allow moisture and air to escape, holes must be made in the walls of the pipe. The matrix must have a removable bottom. If it is removed, the finished briquet can be pushed out with a punch in the tray. The finished mechanism should be supplemented with two handles, which will ensure the convenience of transportation.

Preparation of materials

At this stage, there is compression, and the screw press will develop a very high effort. As a result, you can get real firewood from sawdust, which will have the appearance of a hexagon.
