Fourth, the diet on the porridge should be supplemented by physical exercises, without them the weight will go very slowly. You need to give yourself a load of at least 300kcal, that is, for a person of small weight, this is 40 minutes of jogging. Of the 7 days of diet you need to exercise 6. Why is it necessary to load? The fact is that the carbohydrates circulating in the blood (from the porridge) are not allowed to burn fats. The body eats carbohydrates in the first place, and fats - only when carbohydrates are consumed. So be sure to practice. Diet on the cereal results gives good - 2-4kg per week (if you are not anorexic initially).

Fifthly, do not increase the sharply caloric intake, otherwise the kilograms will return instantly. First add lean meat and fish, after 3 days - fruits and vegetables. Sweets and flour are generally better not to return to the diet, but if you really want, then in a few weeks you can pamper yourself. But only once a week.

Sixth, multivitamins are mandatory. Better complex for pregnant women, because the diet on the porridge is poor with useful substances. If the complex is without iodine, be sure to drink it as an addition.

If you have recovered as a result of the holiday, a diet on the oatmeal will do. Three days, no more. Festive will go away and will not return, if not overeat after a diet.

If you want more radical weight loss, a diet for vinaigrette will do. It is clear, in this vinaigrette potatoes should not be. Beets, carrots, pickled cucumber and onions. 500g per day. The same week - and you lose 3-5 kg. But you can not prolong the diet.
