In the hot season, soft drinks become very popular. They can be easily prepared at home. Combining different ingredients, you can get very unusual results.

So, consider several options for what you can prepare drinks from apples.

Compote

Compote of these fruits will certainly become a favorite for each member of the family. In addition, it is very simple to prepare.

In order to make it tasty and sated, you need to take a saucepan with purified cold water (1700 ml) and put it to boil over a strong fire. While the water is boiling, it's time to prepare apples (4 pieces of medium size): they must be peeled off and peeled, then cut into large slices and sent to boiling water. Once they are in the pan, immediately it is necessary to reduce the fire to medium. After five minutes of cooking, sugar (individually) and a slice of lemon (a quarter) are added to the compote. After this, continue cooking for another quarter of an hour. If there is a desire to leave the lobules intact, in this case the compote is removed from the fire 10 minutes after the addition of the lemon.

In order for the ready-made drink to acquire a rich taste, it must be allowed to stand under the lid.

Apple lemonade

The main ingredients of this drink are apple, lemon and ginger. For its preparation, it is necessary to peel a couple of apples from the peel and cores and, without cutting into small slices, pour two liters of cold purified water. It is also necessary to add a zest, taken from one lemon, as well as a ginger root cut into thin circles (50 grams). In such a composition, the ingredients should be agitated on fire before boiling, then reduce the fire force to the "minimum" mode and continue cooking for another 10 minutes.

While the bulk of the future drink is being prepared, it's time to start preparing the juice that is extracted from the lemon.

Once lemonade is ready, it must be cooled at room temperature, then add lemon juice. In the finished drink should be added 4 tablespoons of sugar, which can be replaced with honey - so the taste will be even more saturated.

Such a drink from apples can be served with ice in glasses.

Ginger Drink

The original version of the summer drink can be apple-ginger. To make it, you need a minimum amount of ingredients.

To make a drink with an apple and ginger, you need to take two large juicy apples and a lemon. Of these fruits should be carefully squeezed juice with a juicer. In a blender, chop a couple of centimeters of ginger root and add it to freshly squeezed juice. To these ingredients should be added a tablespoon of sugar and carefully mix the resulting mass until the grains are completely dissolved.

Ready-made drink should be filtered and add to it 0.5 liters of soda, after which it should be cooled. To serve such a drink from apples and ginger follows with ice cubes.

Spicy drink

Such a variant of drinking can be prepared both in cold and hot form. At the exit, a drink from an apple with cinnamon turns spicy and unusually tasty.

In order to cook it, you need to take half a juicy apple and cut it into thin slices. Then add a stick of cinnamon (namely a stick, not ground). These ingredients should be poured with a liter of hot water and, having covered with a lid, let it brew for some time (if you need a hot drink - 10 minutes, and if cold - until the time of complete cooling).

Fat-burning ginger-apple drink

The useful fat-burning properties of ginger have long been known. That's why those who sit on a diet for weight loss, it is recommended to pay attention to the recipe for a drink from apples with ginger.

To prepare it, take five medium-sized apples and make small but deep incisions on each of them. In the empty pan, you must add the cut fruit, 50 grams of thin circles of ginger root, and also a peel of one medium lemon. These ingredients should be poured in two liters of hot water and boil for three minutes. For spices in a pot, you can add a stick of cinnamon. As soon as the drink with the apple, ginger and cinnamon cool down, it should be filtered and add to it pre-squeezed juice from one lemon (from which the peel was removed) and the desired amount of honey.

Kissel

From far childhood, many are familiar and like the taste of jelly. So why not make this drink from apples?

For its preparation, wash and clean 4 small apples and boil them in a small saucepan (1.5 liters of water) until soft. Finished fruit is rubbed in puree and returned back to boiling water, where you should also add half a cup of sugar.

In a separate dish, you must dilute 3.5 tbsp. Tablespoons of starch until it is completely dissolved and, gently stirring the whole brewing mass, pour a thin trickle into a saucepan. Now you need to wait for the moment when the jelly will boil. After this, it must be removed from the plate and cooled. In order to make the taste of the finished jelly more full, you can add a small amount of lemon juice to it.

Apple-banana smoothies

An incredibly tasty and popular drink made from apples and bananas, which can be easily cooked and enjoyed with pleasure for health.

You should start by freezing one banana, which is pre-cut into slices. While the banana is in the freezer, you need to wash and peel two middle apples from the cores and skin, and then cut them into slices. After that, you need to wash and dry 150 grams of spinach. Also, finely chop a small amount of ginger root (10 grams).

All listed ingredients should be immersed in a blender. To them it is necessary to add a frozen banana, a glass of almond milk, and also 4 teaspoons of honey. This adds ice - 100-150 grams. All ingredients should be crushed thoroughly in a blender until a homogeneous mass of green color is formed. Smoothie is ready. It is recommended to use ready-made drink immediately after preparation.

Compote of raspberries and apples

Incredibly aromatic and delicious, you get compote, cooked from apples and raspberries.

For its preparation, you need to wash and clean 200 grams of apples, cut into small pieces and put out with a glass of water over low heat. As soon as the fruits become soft and begin to gradually acquire a puree consistency, they should pour two liters of cold purified water and bring to a boil.

Now is the time to sugar the berries. 200 grams of raspberries must be wiped with the desired amount of sugar (how much you need for the sweetness of compote) and let it brew until the compote cools down.

As soon as the compote is cold, half a glass of wine and juice, squeezed from half a lemon, are added to the raspberry. Mass should be brought to homogeneity, thoroughly mixing. After that, raspberries and wine should be sent to a saucepan with cooled compote, stir well and drain.

The compote can be served.
