Many people rightfully consider pork one of the most delicious and healthy meats. In addition, pork is also quite easy to prepare: it can be fried, stewed, boiled, baked, and sweet taste successfully combines with many products, including nuts, vegetables, fruits. From this meat you can cook a huge set of dishes. Now we will try to talk about a few recipes of pork salad.

Salad with pork and Chinese cabbage

For the preparation you need: pork - 200 g, Chinese cabbage - 500 g, fresh cucumber - two, sweet pepper - one, hot pepper - one, mayonnaise, tomato paste - two tsp. And garlic - 1 piece.

Pork should be boiled with salt water for about 20 minutes, then cut into cubes. Cut cabbage, pepper sweet and cucumber cut into cubes, and hot pepper - ringlets. Garlic chopped and mixed with mayonnaise and tomato. All the ingredients are mixed and seasoned with the resulting spicy sauce. This salad is for those who love sharp.

Warm salad with pork and pasta

Food for salad preparation: pork (pulp) - 150 g, bacon - 50 g, pasta (preferably in the form of a spiral) - 50 g, pickled mushrooms - 50 g, olives - 30 grams, fresh cucumber - 30 grams, cherry tomatoes - 50 G, half red bulb. For seasoning: mustard (Dijon or granular) - 1 tsp, sunflower oil - 3 table. L., Garlic - 1 slice, tomato juice - 2 table. L., basil, greens and peppers are red and black.

Pasta should be boiled in salt water and sprinkled with a little oil. Cut pork into large pieces, fry, and, when it is almost ready, add the onion and fry for another couple of minutes. Bacon should be cut into thin slices and fried, too, but only without butter. Mushrooms, cucumber, tomatoes and black olives cut. Then combine all this and fill with the following mixture: warm oil, combine with mustard, chopped garlic, spices and tomato juice and boil for about 3 minutes. This salad with pork should be served on the table hot or warm.

Salad Recipe with Pork and Cheese

Products for salad preparation: low-fat pork - 250 g, tomato - eight pcs, cheese - 100 g, sour cream - as much garlic - a pair of denticles, vinegar - 5 spoonfuls, water - half liter, onions - 4-5 pcs, greenery.

Cut into thin slices of pork boil and pour for 3 hours marinade, consisting of water, onion, garlic and vinegar. Tomatoes cut as small as possible (you can even grate on the grater their hard parts) and mix with sour cream. In a dish we put tomatoes with sour cream, a mixture of pork and shabby cheese, from above we fill with greens. Salad ready!

Salad with pork "Olivier"

Some people use sausage or low-fat beef for olive salad. However, it can be prepared with pork. For such a salad you will need pork 200 g, crab meat - 100 g, the same amount of peas canned, onions - 1 pc, rice - 150 g, black pepper, mayonnaise and greens.

Rinse the meat and cook in salt water, when it cools down - cut into cubes. Onion and crab meat cut into small pieces, boil the rice and, when it cools down, mix all the ingredients and season with mayonnaise. Top the salad with greens to taste.

Salad with pork and broccoli

For cooking, you need pork 250 g, green beans - 150 grams, broccoli 200 g, leeks 1 leaf, fuchozy 50 g, 2 tbsp. L. Cedar nuts, 1 clove of garlic, olive oil and 1 spoonful of soy sauce.

Broccoli should be divided into inflorescences and boil for 15 minutes (possible with salt or without it, it all depends on personal taste). Funchozu 10 minutes in a steep boiling water (do not cook), the beans must be boiled (10 minutes is enough). Cut the onions into rings, chop the garlic to the maximum. Pork cut into thin layers and fry in oil for about 5 minutes. Then mix it with vegetables, season with sauce and sprinkle with nuts.

Salads with pork will be in place at any feast!
