Culture of speech in business communication.

The process of information exchange is communication. Culture implies norms and rules that are laid down in every society. Business culture is a necessary means of relationships in the business sphere. The culture of speech in business communication is based on established principles of corporate culture and national traditions.

In commercial, business, political and other spheres of activity, an important function is business meetings and negotiations, so the culture of speech in business communication is of no small importance. The psychology and ethics of negotiation processes are studied not only by individual citizens, but also by organizations, and the technology for conducting negotiations is taught during the training of specialists. Business meetings and negotiations are carried out verbally, i.e. Verbally, verbally, therefore obliges the participants of communication to be not only literate, but also to know the ethics of speech communication. Important are the gestures, facial expressions, which accompany speech, i.e. non-verbal communication. It is most important to know and follow non-verbal aspects of communication in negotiations with foreign partners that represent other religions and cultures.

The culture of speech in business communication is seen not only as a special form of behavior and systems of signs. Business conversation includes logical, verbal, non-verbal, and psychological culture. The basis of a culture of communication is mutual respect and benevolence, it is from these qualities that the result of the ongoing negotiations largely depends.

Business conversation is the exchange of information, opinions, not involving the conclusion of an agreement or a contract, and also not involving the adoption of decisions necessary for execution. It can precede negotiations.

Negotiations are more formal procedure, which is of a concrete nature. The result of negotiations, as a rule, is to sign documents and determine mutual obligations. During the preparation for the talks it is important to determine their subject matter, to find partners for their implementation, to clarify the interests of partners and their own, to develop a negotiation plan, to select specialists to the delegation, to solve organizational issues and to issue the necessary materials. The course of negotiations, as a rule, proceeds according to the scheme: the beginning of communication - the exchange of information - the argumentation, the counter-argumentation - the development and the coordination of decisions - the completion of the negotiation process.

The culture of speech in business communication provides an opportunity to conclude serious transactions and increase own capital. Everyone who wants to improve in this area has ample opportunities, as many business books are written on business etiquette , as well as there are trainings and courses that teach beginners. Speech communications in business negotiations are armed not only with knowledge of the theory, but also with practical skills necessary in the field of business communication, revealing the specificity of people's interaction through the use of language. Language, in turn, is not only a means of human communication, but also acts as an instrument of knowledge and a tool of thinking. Therefore, verbal communication in business negotiations between people is the main mechanism for achieving the set goals, implying a psychologically favorable attitude. Effective communication with a partner is obliged to ensure a positive state and create opportunities for continuing cooperation, so it is extremely important for the interlocutors to remove negative emotions and possess the skills of psychological solutions. Skills of conflict-free conversations, resulting, as a consequence, to mutually beneficial results is the highest school of business communication.
