The term corporate culture has entered our life for a long time, but has already occupied a well-deserved place of honor among the factors creating a modern successful organization. After all, it is the corporate culture of the company that unites people into the team, makes them a single whole on the way to achieving the set tasks. Creating an atmosphere of friendly shoulder, mutual assistance, goodwill and overall focus on results is one of the main tasks of the modern leader.

The classical definition of corporate culture includes a set of values, ideas, views, management methods that distinguish a certain company from others. In addition, corporate culture is a special atmosphere that is formed within the collective, traditions and rules of conduct, the general philosophy of the company's business.

Corporate culture of the enterprise is the basis on which its future is built. Formation of culture begins with the definition of company values, goals and strategy. In principle, a corporate culture can develop without external influence, without any management influence, but it is desirable that this process is more or less manageable. It builds the policy of an effective company precisely management, and HR managers and department heads bring it to employees. The stage of formation of culture comes to an end, as soon as the majority of employees start to adhere to the general line of behavior, and it becomes a natural environment for the company's existence.

Many companies introduce the corporate code, which clearly specifies what style of clothes to wear in the company, what standards have been adopted, what goals and mission the company has. Thanks to this code, the period of adaptation of a new employee to a new team and the company as a whole is much easier and more natural, since he knows in advance what is acceptable in the company and what is not welcomed.

As a rule, corporate culture is formed not only from the ability to work well together, but also from the ability to rest together. In the company it should become a tradition to celebrate common anniversaries, birthdays, significant for the company holidays. Well, if the company cares about the physical health of its employees, and it has its own football, volleyball or basketball team. Perhaps all employees have a free subscription to the pool or fitness club. At the end of the year, the best employees can be rewarded with vouchers, and children can be sent to camps.

Modern business and corporate culture go hand in hand. The corporate culture needs to be carefully cultivated and shaped, as it will form the basis for the future prosperity of the company. Unfortunately, not all managers realize its importance, and some do not know where to start the formation of corporate philosophy, how it develops and develops. It happens that culture, artificially imposed by the leadership, does not take root and is rejected in every possible way by the collective. This is because the managers could not substantiate for its employees its importance and necessity, or this culture does not fit into the general idea of the company or even contradicts it.

In connection with the growing value of qualified personnel, the leadership poses new tasks for the creation of a team that will gladly work for the benefit of the company, since it likes to be part of this particular group, this company. To solve these problems, or rather, create a corporate culture, you need to carefully work it out and invest in it a lot of money. But this is precisely the kind of investment that will subsequently bring considerable dividends.
