For this dish, you need to cut cabbage with straws and let it soften a bit, pour boiling water for a while. In a deep pan or frying pan at the bottom pour oil and spread the scalded cabbage. Add to it a little butter for taste, salt, cover with a lid and send it on a small fire - stew. After 15 minutes, add the stew to the cabbage. It is desirable to cook beef stew, because in the pig, as a rule, more fat. In stew, as a rule, a lot of spices, so spices separately can not be added to the prepared dish. After laying the stew in the cabbage, it is necessary to evenly mix all the ingredients. Then, to give a specific taste of freshness, chop the red bell pepper and add it to the cabbage. You can also add corn, zucchini or green peas. All this will help to diversify the taste of the dish. Cut the green grass into a fully prepared cabbage. It will add extra flavor and taste to your cabbage, while preserving all your vitamins.

The third recipe is stewed cabbage with sausages.

This recipe for stewed cabbage is made from the following products: sausages or sausages, vegetable oil, sauerkraut, baked fat, onions, sugar.
