Today I would like to share a recipe for one of the favorite dishes of many people and tell you how to make roasted cheese. Despite its worldwide fame, this dish is not familiar to all our compatriots yet, but having tried it only once, you will want to do it again and again. So, let's look at the main recipes for making cheese.

However, first you need to understand why it is useful to eat fried cheese. First of all, it helps to fight with ulcers of the stomach and intestines. Especially useful this dish will be in the event that as a main ingredient you choose cheese of a hard grade. Yes, it is, of course, much more expensive than usual, but its taste after cooking is very pleasant. It contains much more calcium, and also a minimum of calories.

Cheese, fried in breading

This, perhaps, is the most common variant of frying cheese. Such a dish is prepared in a few minutes, and it is not necessary to have any special culinary skills for its creation.

To prepare you need:

  • 300 g of hard cheese;
  • 2 chicken eggs;
  • Bread crumbs to roll (enough 2 spoons);
  • salt;
  • Black pepper (ground);
  • sunflower oil.

To begin with, you need to cook the dessert, in which you will dunk pieces of cheese. To do this, it is necessary to break eggs into one bowl, mix them with half of the breadcrumbs you cooked, and add salt, pepper, put aside.

Now is the time to start preparing the cheese. However, before that you can already put the frying pan on the stove and pour oil on it, as the frying process can only be started on a heated frying pan. Why waste time? But back to the cheese. It must be cut into pieces. The best option is the strip. When you do this, you can start breading.

To do this, scatter on the table biscuits and take the dessert. After dipping each strip of cheese into the egg mixture, immediately it is necessary to roll it in breadcrumbs and send it to roasting on a hot frying pan. It is clear to everyone that speed is needed in this business, since cheese has a property to melt. Therefore, you need to have time to not only put it on the pan, but also in time to turn.

To prepare you need:

  • 0,5 kg of cheese (Adyghe);
  • 2 tbsp. L of wheat flour;
  • Black and red pepper (ground);
  • sunflower oil.

For frying the cheese must be cut into slices. As soon as this action is performed with the whole piece, each slice needs to be rolled in flour with pepper. To do this, it is necessary to mix wheat flour with pepper (both red and black) beforehand. Make sure that the flour is uniformly covered with slices, otherwise the roasted cheese can turn out with an uneven taste.

Further, the cooking technology is exactly the same as in the previous recipe. You need to put the cheese on a hot frying pan with butter and fry, turning, until the dish is ready. After the roasting, the cheese should be put on a towel and let the oil drain.
