The entire manufacturing process only seems simple at first, in fact, rather complex technologies are used here. So, even with a slight fluctuation in temperature, undesirable dragging can occur, and if there is insufficient or increased humidity in the room, a glossy gloss may result.

The procedure for the production of dragees is carried out in special boilers, here the body is placed, and then the chocolate mass. With constant stirring, the glaze is evenly distributed over the body surface. This rotation occurs until the required thickness of chocolate is reached. After that, the resulting dragees are processed by gloss, so these sweets and have such a beautiful shiny appearance.

Stages of preparation

The chocolate dragee melts perfectly in the mouth, if all the rules and technology of its preparation are observed. However, despite the complex nature of its preparation, this product can be made independently. This requires:

  • Half a cup of chocolate chip;
  • To the taste of cream;
  • To choose from: nuts, peanuts, raisins and pastilles;
  • A saucepan with a large weight;
  • Baking tray with a flat surface;
  • Waxed sheets of paper.

So, you need to competently conduct all the stages, consisting in the following. When using peanuts, you should first cut these nuts in half. In this case, the raisins or pastas used must be quite small. Then put the sheets of waxed paper on top of the baking tray. After that, pour the chocolate chips into the cooked pan and heat it over low heat. In this case, stir the mixture after each short interval. This is necessary in order that the chocolate does not stick to the pan. At the same stage it is quite possible to pour the cream.

After this, continue stirring until the chocolate is completely melted. Then you need to pour the cooked melted chocolate onto the surface of the baking tray with the help of spoons and put the additional ingredient on top of the mixture, place it in a heated oven up to 180 degrees and keep it there for 10-15 minutes. This is done so that the ingredients (nuts, almonds or raisins) are evenly covered with chocolate.

At the last stage, it is necessary to place a chocolate dragee in the glaze in a cool place (refrigerator) until it is completely cooled. Usually the time is about one hour. After that, with the help of a knife, you need to get every nut or zest obtained in this way. Of course, it will not be possible to give an ideal shape to such a dragee, since the necessary equipment is not available at home, but you can still eat the resulting candy.
