Carbonate - meat, which has no equal.

So, what needs to be done to cook the carb - meat, which will taste to your guests?

A piece of pork, which is carved beforehand, must be rectangular in shape. It is rubbed on all sides with garlic, pre-crushed, as well as nutmeg, coated with salt and placed in the oven. This is necessary for the meat to be completely roasted.

If the whole piece does not enter your pan, then it is best to cut it into two halves, as it should be rubbed with a mixture of salt, sugar and black pepper. To taste, you can add some other spices or even use seasonings that are specially designed for meat dishes.

Meat with all the above ingredients is laid out on the pan, abundantly watered with vegetable oil. Sometimes I want to add some zest to carbonate. Meat wants to make more flavorful and tasty, so often it adds brine, which remains after salted tomatoes or cucumbers.

As a rule, you need to extinguish it on a large fire on the stove. It is advisable to cover the meat with a lid, make the fire a little less and stoke it for another fifteen minutes.

Carbonate must be turned over to the other side and extinguished for another fifteen minutes, while reducing the fire is not necessary.

How to find out when the meat will be ready? Many housewives adhere to the opinion that the carbonate must be stewed until the sauce is cooked and thickened like sour cream. Typically, this effect takes forty minutes.

Sometimes at home do and carbonate in the oven. As you know, in the oven, the meat turns out to be even more tender, it will be properly baked, acquires an appetizing color, pleasant aroma and divine taste.

To do this, you need a kilogram of carbonate, two tomatoes, mayonnaise, Russian or Dutch cheese, salt and pepper - to taste.

Carbonate must be cut into pieces, preferably in the form of cutlets, put on a baking sheet, which is pre-oiled with vegetable oil. Do not forget to smear the pieces of carb with mayonnaise, sprinkle with cheese and put tomatoes on top.

Now put the baking sheet in the oven, mark it for forty minutes - and here's a delicious dish already on your table.

If you like dishes more sharply, then you need to pepper the carbonate before putting it in the oven. Since meat itself (carbonate) is dry, it's worth making it more juicy. That's why you need mayonnaise.

Nobody will be indifferent to the carbonate and baked. Meat will not need more than a kilogram. You also need to take five cloves of garlic, thyme, sea salt - only one and a half teaspoons, and also can not do without a mixture of peppers, and ground.

No more ingredients and not needed.

Meat should be washed, dried with dry napkins. In a separate dish mix salt, peppers, thyme and rub their meat. Garlic finely chopped and spikyut their meat. Then put it on a ceramic plate, cover with a lid and put in the refrigerator, where it lies about a day.

After that, the carbonate must be tied with twine, and wrapped in foil. Bake pork in the oven for an hour and a half, while maintaining a temperature of not less than 180 degrees.

After the meat is ready, it is not unrolled, pressed down by weight, cooled. The final step is to remove the foil, thread and cut carbonate into small pieces.

This dish is festive, it can be served with different salads, as well as potatoes in fried or cooked.
