It is prepared relatively shortly, although the components require a variety. Torn sheet salad (200 g) is mixed with mint leaves and cilantro, 6 cherries cut in half, and large pieces of cucumber. The cooled meat is cut, poured half of the filling and after 5 minutes it is laid out on top. The already picked salad in Thai with the steak is sprinkled with the remaining sauce and served on the table. Fifteen large spoons of palm sugar, one for water, fish and soy sauce, cilantro leaves, two limes juice, 4 garlic cloves and chili without seeds are placed in the blender.

Or another recipe, suitable to cook a Thai salad of steaks: green onions, lemon grass stalk, coriander greens, mint leaves (all cut, not grinded by blender), lime juice, sauce (sweet this time), chili, sugar and Fish sauce. Choose what you like best. It is checked: with all listed marinades the salad in Thai with a steak comes out remarkably.

This country is rich in a variety of snacks. And not necessarily they include whole meat (although without beef, perhaps, not one does). You can cook a delicious Thai salad with minced meat. Then Thai salad is mixed and appetite is tried by all comers.
