Of course, you could not avoid meeting such a dish as beef ribs in your sleeve. All you need is ribs (preferably about a kilogram), barbecue sauce and salt.

Of course, everything begins with the fact that the ribs need to be washed, anointed with salt and barbecue sauce. For two hours they should marinate. If you do not like barbecue sauce, then you can use any other. Ribs are worth wrapping in foil and laying on a baking sheet. This will be a "sleeve".

Now it's time to bake them in the oven for two hours, do not forget to add water to the baking sheet so that the ribs do not turn out to be too dry.
