The pregnancy period is a very important time for a future mother. After all, now she is responsible not only for her own health, but also for the health of the future baby. Therefore, the diet and diet of a pregnant woman should be reviewed in terms of balance and maximum utility for the pregnant and fetus. If there are problems with being overweight, then it's time to take decisive steps to combat it. But even if a woman did not have any excess weight, during pregnancy she may well appear. This is due physiologically, as the mother's body seeks to accumulate as many nutrients as possible to provide a growing fetus, and with excessive consumption of food, a "bust" in the form of unnecessary fat deposits can easily occur.

Diet for pregnant women should in no case be associated with any kind of starvation - it is extremely harmful to the growing body and can even lead to a miscarriage. Diet of a pregnant woman is that you just need to learn how to eat properly and moderately useful foods. Normally, the diet of a pregnant woman should include about 100 to 120 grams of pure protein. And from them two thirds are occupied with animal proteins contained in milk, curd, kefir, yoghurts, eggs, lean meat and fish. The amount of fat should be at least 80 grams and not more than 100 grams. And 2/3 of them should be, unlike fats, of plant origin. That is, it is vegetable, rapeseed, olive oil, with the use of which food and salads should be prepared. And only 1/3 is allocated to fats, which contain products of animal origin. Particular attention to the diet for pregnant women gives the amount of carbohydrates that come with food. They represent the main danger in terms of a set of unnecessary weight. According to the norms of the necessary diet, they must be at least 300-hundred grams, but not more than 400-hundred grams. This includes the sugar, obtained by the body of a pregnant woman with fruits and juices. Easily digested or they are also called "direct" carbohydrates in the form of simple sugar it is better not to use at all. Therefore sugar refined sugar and lump sugar are excluded completely. You can sweeten tea, of course, but it is better to do this with one or two tablespoons of honey, if there is no inclination to allergic reactions. Diet for pregnant women means rejection of spicy, spicy, salty, pickled foods and dishes. First, they increase appetite and promote overeating, and secondly, getting into the blood, sharp substances can irritatively affect the fetus. In addition, the salt contained in food in high quantities, helps to keep excess fluid in the body and the formation of edema. Normally its consumption should be limited to 5, maximum 7 grams per day. Consumption of liquids should also be taken under control. Under normal conditions, with good work of the kidneys, its amount should not exceed 3 liters per day. This amount includes all the water - in soup, juices, yogurt, kefir and other beverages and liquid foods.

If, in spite of everything, the weight begins to grow excessively, then it makes sense to use a special diet, allowed during pregnancy. But do not starve in any case! Limit those nutritional components that are most conducive to weight gain, and these are carbohydrates and animal fats in the first place. At the same time, you can not leave the body at all without the "building material" necessary for the proper formation of the body of a future child, that is, proteins. Therefore, the most optimal option will be a protein diet for pregnant women. There is a huge number of its varieties, they are based on the use of eggs in any form (except roasted) in combination with other products that includes a diet of a pregnant woman.

Summarizing all of the above, it can be confidently asserted that a diet for pregnant women is an indispensable condition for the harmonious development of a future child and the preservation of the future mother of one's own health.
