Cake "Machine", the manufacture of which will be considered in this article, can be a good surprise for the child on his birthday or any other holiday.

So, before you start preparing this interesting dessert, you need to choose the model of the future machine. The cake will be modeled according to the sample.

Ingredients for biscuit: four eggs, two glasses of sugar, five hundred grams of sour cream, half a spoonful of soda, one and half glasses of flour, one spoon of cocoa. It should not be very airy, dense - so it will be easier to collect a car from it.

We bake a biscuit in a round shape. To do this, eggs should be beaten with sugar, add three spoons of sour cream, soda, ginned vinegar, flour, and beat thoroughly, add the cocoa and put on the parchment lined with a form. Bake a biscuit for about forty minutes.

We begin to make a cake "Machine." When the cake is baked and cooled, it is necessary to cut off the upper part and cut it along into several parts, each of which is impregnated with fruit syrup. Next, you need to prepare fruits, for example, canned peaches, cherries or bananas for a layer of cakes, as well as cream.

Ingredients for cream: three cups of fat cream, one glass of powdered sugar, one hundred grams of creamy butter, vanilla sugar to taste.

In the cream, add sugar and boil the mixture over low heat, stirring constantly. Then add vanilla sugar and cool. The butter is beaten for ten minutes, then gradually the cream mixture is poured into it. All mix thoroughly.

The crusts that make up the "Machine" cake, It is necessary to layer with fruits and cover with cream, part of which must be set aside. Then the cakes should be put in a cold place for six hours so that they are well soaked.

Next, we give the cake the shape of a typewriter. For this, we cut two semicircles from both sides and place them downwards with slices downwards, previously having interlaid with a cream. In this way the cabin is obtained.

Further the children's cake "Machine" is designed as follows: with a sharp knife they cut off excess pieces of biscuit and from them "mold" all missing large parts, being guided by that model of the machine, which is used as a sample. At the same time, there are places for future wheels: carefully cut cavities with a spoon and a knife. Then on the bottom of the figure, the bottom is cut at an angle of one and a half centimeters.

The remaining cream is coated with the cake "Machine" and put again in a cold place for an hour and a half.

In the meantime, the cream is prepared for mastic.

Ingredients for cream: one hundred and fifty grams of butter, two hundred grams of melted chocolate or condensed milk.

All products must be mixed well. When the cake cools and becomes impregnated, it is taken out and smeared with cream with a brush.

We prepare the milk mastic.

Ingredients for mastic: powdered sugar, milk powder and condensed milk. All in equal proportions.

Mix the powdered milk and powder, gradually add the condensed milk to a mixture of a thick consistency, reminiscent of clay. From such a mastic, you can sculpt anything.

The mastic is rolled and covered with it completely cake, smoothing it with hands and giving the machine a shape. Then take a few drops of food coloring, dilute it with vodka and quickly apply the mixture to the cake with a sponge.

Prepare the wheels. To do this, you can use a round biscuit or half marshmallow, which is inserted into the pre-made holes on the machine.

From white mastic is cut using pre-made templates of parchment glass and lights and glued to the cake, wetting them with water using a brush.

Cake "Machine" made of mastic is ready. He will not leave indifferent any child, because it differs not only in its beautiful appearance, but also in its excellent taste qualities.
