Buns with sugar. Simple Recipes

Who does not like the smell of fresh baked goods, especially biscuits. Do you think it's difficult to bake buns? Nothing like this. With our simple recipes you can cook buns with sugar or any filling in a few minutes.

Buns with sugar

For these buns you will need:

  • 220 ml of milk;
  • Twenty grams of yeast fresh or two teaspoons (with a slide) dry;
  • One hundred gram of butter;
  • one egg;
  • Half a teaspoon of salt;
  • About 300-350 grams of flour (you need to look at the consistency of the dough);
  • 50 grams of vegetable oil;
  • One hundred gram of sugar (for powder).

How to cook a bun with sugar:

We heat the milk to a temperature of forty degrees and dissolve sugar and yeast in it. Let the mixture stand for about twenty minutes.

Melt the butter, then mix it with the beaten egg and add everything to the milk-yeast mixture. We mix everything thoroughly.

Then we sift the flour with salt and make a soft, slightly sticky dough.

A bowl with a dough should be covered with a towel and left for about an hour and a half in warmth.

When the dough is suitable, you need to roll it and roll it into a rectangle.

Rectangle with sunflower oil and sprinkle it with sugar. You can also add cinnamon or raisins if desired.

Fold our rectangle into a roll, and then cut the roll into pieces with an approximate width of two centimeters.

Each piece must not be cut to the end, then to turn on two sides.

We put the finished buns on a greased baking sheet, and then grease them with eggs and put them in an oven heated up to 180 degrees.

Bake buns with sugar need about twenty minutes, until browned.

Ingredients for rolls:

  • One kilogram of yeast dough;
  • 40 grams of butter;
  • One yolk;

  • Apple jam;
  • raisins;

  • cottage cheese.

Method of making buns with sugar and stuffing:

First you need to roll out the dough, in small layers. Lubricate the dough with melted butter (creamy).

Then lay out the filling. If this is a poppy, then you must first soak it in boiling water, if you take the cottage cheese, it is better in combination with raisins. With jam - everything is clear.

Fold the dough roll and cut.

Lubricate our buns with yolk and sprinkle with sugar.

Bake such buns need about fifteen minutes at 200 degrees.

Baked buns with filling

Ingredients for burgers:

  • 120 grams of margarine;
  • Half a liter of milk;
  • One glass of sugar;
  • Three to four eggs;
  • The fourth part of a teaspoon of salt;
  • Ten grams of dry active yeast.

Filling: cinnamon, sugar, apple jam and butter.

Preparation of rolls:

To begin with, dilute the yeast in a quarter cup of warm water and add a teaspoonful of sugar. We put this mixture for about ten minutes in a warm place. Over this period of time, the dough should begin to foam and double in size. Tip: for buns you need to take quality, proven yeast, because the dough itself is heavy and its splendor depends on the quality of the yeast.

Margarine must be melted in a saucepan.

In another saucepan, you need to warm the milk a little. Remember that the milk temperature should be slightly higher than the temperature of your body. To check, you can put a finger in the milk.

In the already melted margarine, add sugar and mix well. Let the margarine cool a little, and add the yeast. Then pour the milk into a saucepan and mix.

Next, drive in eggs and flour (small parts). Approximately three to four glasses of flour. First, knead the dough with a wooden spatula, and then with your hands. Add the flour until the dough falls behind the pan walls.

The pan with the dough should be put in warmth and covered with a towel. When the dough rises well, you need to pierce it with a wooden spatula three times to release the air. Then leave the dough again until it is again suitable.

When the dough is suitable, tear off small pieces from it and roll into balls. We leave the balls to make them a little bit (about half an hour).

While you can mix sugar and cinnamon - this is the first version of the filling. The second variant of the filling is apple jam.

Roll the balls into cakes, up to a centimeter thick. If the filling is from cinnamon, then you must first grease the cake with butter (melted), and then sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon.

We twist into a roll, and roll into a spiral, bending down the edges.

We put the buns with stuffing on the baking tray and let them come up a little.

The oven is heated up to 190 degrees. We bake buns until they are browned.
