Bovine eggs: a recipe for gourmets

For a long time there were times when the stores were completely empty. Today, in markets or in grocery stores, you can buy any food and cook the most delicious food from them. Many products that used to be considered exotic have become an integral part of our daily table.

However, some delicacies, despite their popularity in other countries, are still considered exotic here. For example, dishes from bovine eggs, such popular in the East and the Caucasus, are still not familiar to many housewives. Some even feel some dislike at the mention of these ingredients, but completely in vain. In the Arab countries, bovine eggs, a recipe for cooking which is known to every hostess, are offered to the most distinguished guests.

Before implementing any recipe for bovine eggs, they must be prepared beforehand. Since they are sold in their natural form, you first need to remove from them a thick shell, under which, like a nut in the shell, hides directly the delicacy. To do this, the skin is cut, and the contents are gently turned outward, as if they remove the stocking from their feet. After that, the product is well washed, boiled for a few minutes, so that excess liquid will leave. If you plan to prepare a dish not from whole, but from cut eggs, you can divide them into several lobules or circles before cooking.

Bovine eggs, a recipe for cooking which any housewife can master, can have very different tastes. It is only necessary to show a little imagination. The easiest way is to cut them into several pieces, then fry in a pan with plenty of onions. A gentle product is cooked for 15-20 minutes, no more. For flavor, the dish can be flavored with zira, coriander or any other spices. Fried eggs perfectly match with the classic white sauce, adzhika.

Bovine eggs, the recipe of which came from Arab countries, are being prepared for a little longer. The dish will require:

  • Pre-cleaned, boiled eggs in slightly salted water;
  • Zucchini;
  • bow;
  • carrot;
  • Sour cream, yogurt or mayonnaise;
  • Many different greenery;
  • salt;
  • Pepper of several kinds;
  • vegetable oil;
  • A little tomato sauce or tomato paste.

By the way, correctly cleaned, slightly welded bull eggs, which recipe implies the use of greens and spices, have absolutely no smell. Therefore, their taste will depend on the seasonings with which the dish is prepared.

Absolutely unique taste has a salad of bovine eggs. To prepare it you will need:

  • About 8 eggs;
  • Onions (about half a kilogram);
  • Fatty or ordinary cream;
  • Colorful carrots;
  • Multi-colored sweet pepper;
  • Leaves of different salads;
  • salt;
  • pepper;
  • thyme;
  • coriander;
  • mint;
  • thyme.

In a frying pan, carrot slices, straws of pepper are fried separately. After frying it is better to fold them, so that the glass is excess oil.

Separately, cook onion sauce. To do this, chop the onion until tender, puff on a frying pan, add a spoonful of flour, fry until golden. Pour in cream, add spices, pant over half an hour. In principle, the sauce is ready, but to improve the consistency it can be blended.

In a separate frying pan until crispy crust fry eggs with spices and salt. At the very end, add the onion, keep in the frying pan for another five minutes. Remove and allow to drain excess fat.

It's time to collect a delicious salad. The plate is decorated with leaves of different salads, eggs, carrots, and peppers are laid out on them. Sauce at the request of guests can be offered separately or pour them a salad. Tasty, low-calorie cheap.
