It should be noted that such facilities should be provided with individual protection in the event that they are not located in the territory of various federal executive bodies or separate units related to their sphere of activity.

• Regular implementation of organizational measures aimed at ensuring the maximum effective protection of public places from the possibility of committing terrorist acts;
• Use of the most up-to-date information and communication technologies;
• Equipment of public facilities with all necessary engineering and technical devices;
• Ensuring full control in a single information space, and providing it in real time for continuous monitoring of the situation that is developing in a trusted territory;
• Carrying out all relevant measures aimed at ensuring the protection of information.

What are the categories?

Depending on the political, social and state significance, as well as the potentially possible number and time of stay of people in one place, it is envisaged to subdivide such objects into four main categories:

• The object of federal purpose, which is possible for simultaneous stay of people in the number of more than 100 people, or regional destination, if the simultaneous stay of people on it exceeds 200 people.
• A public place for federal purposes, where no more than 50 people can stay at the same time or a certain regional facility, which can accommodate more than 100 people. Also in this category include various municipal facilities, which can simultaneously accommodate more than 200 people.
• A public place of regional importance, the simultaneous stay of people on which can be more than 50 people or an object of municipal significance, in which there can be more than 100 people.

Strengthening the security of modern organizations

In particular, by many companies, the antiterrorist security of facilities has recently begun to increase due to increased protection, clarification of the duties of all security officers, as well as work aimed at increasing the vigilance of staff. Among other things, regularly it is necessary to conduct a full-fledged survey of various premises or stand-alone structures for the presence of caches with any poisonous substances or explosives.
