Baby food 6 months: which foods to choose?

Nutrition for a child of 6 months should consist of milk and thick lures, do not forget about grated fruits and cereals. At this age, the lure is introduced when the baby is in good physical condition. "Normal" food should be introduced gradually, because a small ventricle slowly adapts to the new conditions of life. At 6 months, the baby's teeth are punched and the phase of increased growth begins, so you need to give your crumb all the beneficial substances that contribute to development. Every day it is necessary to offer a baby a fruit: banana, grated apple, peaches, apricots. You can grind these products in a blender to a liquid state, and then have to cook a little, so that the food is better perceived. If a child was breastfed for half a year or ate a mixture, one must begin to accustom it to "adult" food a little, starting with half a teaspoon, gradually increasing the amount. It is just necessary to observe the reaction to the baby's nutrition for 6 months to notice or prevent allergic reactions. The organism of the little one is still not at all adapted and tender, so it is better to prevent allergies than to treat the started psoriasis (a disease in which the skin becomes covered with an unpleasant crust).

Nutrition of children in 6 months should also consist of cereals, which, too, in order to avoid excess density, are ground in a blender after cooking. Recommended oats, oatmeal and semolina porridge, which are cooked on a mixture or diluted milk. You can, of course, offer the baby ready-made cereals, which are brewed in hot water, but home food is still preferable, because it is embedded in the warmth and love of Mom.

Counting the nutrition of children from 6 months, you can include in the diet and vegetable stews with the addition of cereals and meat. When choosing meat products, one should be guided not only by freshness, but also by quality. Children are good for chicken, turkey and veal. Avoid fatty meats, because they are complex for the unadapted digestive system of the baby. Vegetables that can be used for cooking ragout-soup: cauliflower, broccoli, zucchini, carrots, potatoes. You can cook stewed potatoes with veal and carrots - it turns out very tasty and nutritious. The main thing, watch the baby's skin a few hours after feeding. The potato contains starch, which can give an undesirable reaction.

Feeding the baby for 6 months forms a further work of his digestive tract, so food poisoning during this period is very dangerous. If any ingredient you do not like (smell, color, taste) - it is better to throw it away and not risk the health and life of your child.

Nutrition for a child of 6 months should be a pleasant and fascinating occupation - you can read the fairy tale baby, sing a song, turn feeding into a game - the main thing is that it should be good, because otherwise it can refuse to eat for a long time. Do not forcibly feed a small one - it can lead to hysteria, which is not good for the child's psyche, or vomiting and discomfort. Do not rush the child - he eats at the right pace, the feeding should take place in a calm environment without irritating factors. If your child does not like the proposed product - it can be seen through grimaces and intention to spit out food - suggest to the little something else, at least, replacing the dish with breast milk or a mixture.

A very important product in the baby's diet for six months is cottage cheese, which is always prescribed in a dairy kitchen. Not all children love it because of the specific acid, so the best solution is to mix the product with your favorite sweet fruit, for example, with a banana.

At 6 months, teeth are usually actively started to be cut, so you can treat your child with special baby biscuits, which he will gladly suck and gnaw, thereby massaging his gums.
