The word comes from France and is literally translated, as "liquid". This country has given us a lot of original recipes and continues to delight in new inventions in culinary arts.

France has its own special cuisine, but at the same time it takes the recipes of other countries, makes small additions there and the dish begins to play with other flavoring colors, causing delight among gourmets. So it happened with batter, it is believed that the homeland of Portugal batter, but the recipe for a batter was cooked to perfection by the French chefs.

What is a claret? And what does he have to do with such delicacy as fruit in batter.

Classic claret - a combination of cold water, eggs and sifted flour, these are the binding and binding components of the liquid dough. It resembles sour cream, but with airy light bubbles that will provide the original flavor and frying crunch on the teeth during frying.

I often cook apples in batter, I like this dish for simple and natural ingredients, but most of all I like the end result. When this dish is prepared, there is such a smell in the house that the relatives begin to worry and ask when it is possible to try the delicacy.

Do not forget that we are preparing an exquisite dessert, so we treat cooking as an art. We cut apples in a certain way, we give them the shape of discs, carving out the core. We get a round shape of the billet inside with a hole, which, when decorated, will be useful for us. We stick an apple disk with a fork and send it to a thick clothes of batter. At this time in the frying pan the oil starts to boil and magic begins. Fry the apples from two sides to a golden color.

Further, the fruit in batter becomes a picturesque canvas, which we now draw. On a large plate, preferably in a contrasting color, we spread roasted roasted fruits, sprinkle a little vanilla on top. Vanilla, on ready-made delicacy, will better reveal its exotic smell and delicately emphasize the natural sweetness of apples.

In the deepening of the apple rings we put the berries of blackberries or strawberries. I prefer the blackberry in the recipe, since it will play on the contrast of sour and sweet tastes, which always only improves the dessert. A few leaves of mint will give the spring mood of our composition, and for special gourmets you can decorate the dish with light sour cream sauce.
