Ingredients:

- 5 pieces of pollock fillets ;

- one carrot;

- 6 tablespoons of sour cream;

- 100 grams of hard cheese;

- a tablespoon of butter;

- greens and salt (the quantity you need personally).

Preparation:

Peel the carrots and grate it on a grater. Wash the tomatoes and cut them in circles, rub on a large grater cheese, chop the dill.

Gently pat the fish fillet with a paper towel to remove any excess moisture. Salt each piece of pollock and put in the middle of it a small amount of greens and carrots. After this, roll the fish into a roll.

Make a ring of tomato slices, gently removing the seeds and flesh.
